The apartment with 64 square meters is located on the 1st floor of a residential building and has 3.5 rooms, including 2 bedrooms (both with a double bed of 1.80). Comfortable and family-friendly attic apartment

My accommodation is centrally located, „Neue Mitte“, in Überlingen, just 850 meters from the historic old town and the train station, the lake can be reached on foot in about 11-15 minutes. Various shopping facilities are available within a radius of 150 metres. A car parking space is available free of charge directly at the house, to the bus stop it is only 100 meters. The DG apartment has: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 living-kitchen with 1 sofa bed.

Cozy apartment to relax

My apartment in Überlingen is located in a very quiet location on Lake Constance. Guests can park directly in front of the apartment. If you want to use public transport you have 3 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop. You are also welcome to place your wheels underneath. It is about a 20-minute walk to Lake Constance/city centre. Breakfast can also be enjoyed in a sunny location in front of the apartment. private parking for the car and 2 bicycles.

Beautiful flat in historic center of Überlingen

Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen. You can have a quiet and relaxing time as well as the opportunity to enjoy the busy and bustling city with it's lovely cobbled streets, the market place, the lake with ice cream parlours, restaurants and pubs. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two family house with two balconies and a garden.

Beautiful apartment 1 in new wooden house 100m to the lake

Run to the lake in bathing suits in the morning and swim for a small round, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace and then spend the day in the beach pool 2 minutes away. In the evening stroll into the beautiful old town of Überlingen and then end the evening on the terrace. Either way, it could look like a holiday in our holiday apartment on Lake Constance.

Historic farmhouse in quiet location

The apartment was newly built in an old farmhouse (anno 1833). Care was taken to use as many natural building materials as possible (wood, clay, hemp). The partitions were designed as half-timbered walls. The living room forms a room with the kitchen. The apartment has about 60 m² and is barrier-free.
