My friend and I both enjoyed a one night stay here. Leo was very helpful and communicative, the beds were comfortable, and the location was close enough to town while still being quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

This place was clean, comfortable, and decorated in a colorful and fun way. Location was very convenient: ~1 mile to town and ~1 mile to Levon Helm Studios. Emy was very responsive. We loved everything about it except that there are people in the apartment upstairs so noise (footsteps, music) was a factor. Other than that, perfect for our needs.

I had a lovely stay at Sherrill and Clark's! I stayed for a month while working a job in the area, so I wasn't around much, but the space was a very cozy and homey place to come back to at the end of each day. Sherrill and Clark were very kind and welcoming. The bed was big and comfy! If you live in a city and need some time away New Paltz is adorable. Being from Chicago, it was a great change of pace.

Jenny and Franky’s studio is absolutely lovely! I felt totally at home there. It was beautifully set up, clean and cozy. I enjoyed watching birds and the stunning sunsets from the deck. The hot tub was delightful and added to the peaceful atmosphere. Jenny and Franky are both generous and friendly hosts. I would happily stay in their studio again!

Brian's place is like the Swiss Army knife of airbnbs: it had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. Functional, highly comfortable, and well-equipped, I found it to be an ideal homebase for long days spent on the surrounding trails. Brian is a generous and accommodating host and I look forward to booking with him again in the future. I highly recommend a stay here!

Adah was a clear communicator. Very friendly and helpful with local restaurant recommendations. The room was bright and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the artwork that was displayed throughout. Though we didn’t spend much time, we did wish there was one more comfy chair to relax before bed. The bathroom was clean and we were provided with towels. The location was conveniently located not far from local attractions and was perfect for what we needed for the night. I would’ve liked it to be a little more affordable, but overall we were happy and would stay again. No tv. Not a big deal for us, but something to note if that’s something you use frequently

Such a beautiful property to stay on! Loved hearing the chickens in the morning! He also extended our check out time due to our plans! We were able to go to Woodstock which is only a 20 Min drive! We also drove over to Kaaterskill falls which was only about 30 mins. He’s so sweet, and let us look at the room and explained everything clearly. We had a great time. We will definitely be back in the future!

We stayed at Lori's place for a weekend. Great and peaceful location, it even has a little lake on the property! Very nice and quiet place surrounded by nature; a pleasant contrast to the NYC. Communication was great, and check-in/check out were a breeze. Everything was exactly as described. Thank you!

Gretchen and AJ’s place was the perfect stay for a weekend for 2! They provided clear instructions on check in and were responsive to all questions that we had. The house was cozy and looked just like the photos - there were a lot of added amenities which made our stay even better! On our last day, there was a snowstorm the night before and they were very flexible with our checkout process which was much appreciated!

Lovely space and great hosts! Beautiful secluded location, well maintained clean and comfortable. Erich was extremely responsive and we would highly recommend.

Sirin was the best. She gave such good advice about places to check out and food to eat! Super friendly and helpful-her dog was also the sweetest! Confidently can say if I'm ever up that way again I would gladly come back!

Mara’s guest suite is a beautiful escape tucked away in a peaceful community off the Hudson River. The suite is very well appointed with everything you need for a cozy and relaxing retreat. The furniture and bed is very comfortable, bathroom is good sized with ample counter space and the surroundings facing the river are very serene. Waking up to a sunrise over the Hudson from bed is a great way to start your day. If you decide to venture out, there are plenty of restaurants/bars/spas in nearby towns like New Paltz and Poughkeepsie. Look forward to booking again!

Lalena was an incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating host. The suite was spotless and well stocked with coffees and teas, bathroom essentials, and linens. Though attached to Lalena’s home, the suite was surprisingly private. With a private entrance and door code given before check in, we only ever interacted with Lalena over the app. The suite is perfectly sound proofed, I didn’t hear a peep from Lalena or family. Literally not a thing, which I was happily surprised by. This was also helpful for keeping our toddler asleep, and hopefully it worked both ways and our toddler didn’t wake Lalena. For families: there is a modern and clean pack and play with crib sheets. The heating units are toward the ceiling, so posed no threat to curious hands. The blinds are an almost perfect blackout, and there’s a great playground about a 3 minute walk away. Location is awesome, the street wasn’t as noisy as Id thought, and it is a 10 minute tree lined walk to anywhere in town

We had a great experience at Olesya's place. It was clean and looked just like the photos. The heated bathroom floor tiles and big tub were delightful. We got a fair amount of snow while we were there, and Olesya made sure it was quickly cleared so we had no issues parking etc.. The space was private, with it's own entrance, though you could hear nearby activity a bit. Overall, a lovely stay.

A great apartment so close to hiking and cute Hudson Valley towns. The space is bright and nicely decorated -- felt like a home. We were able to cook meals in their kitchen which was well equipped and came with spices and olive oil. The laundry was a perk too! Collen and family were super kind and great communicators. The roads were a bit snowy and icy to the apartment and Collen texted to give a heads up -- so thoughtful!

Stayed for a long weekend for a wedding! Place was exactly as shown in photos and very clean! Bryan was extremely easy to work with and responded to any questions we had very fast. Very peaceful neighborhood and quiet. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Bryan!! 5

Julie's place is an absolute gem! It unit is beautiful and very comfortable. The hosts were welcoming when I first arrived, and were available to help out with questions I had during the stay. The unit is private and well taken care of. The surrounding area is very walkable with tons of cute shops and restaurants. I hope I can visit again and feel so lucky to have found this place! You will not regret staying here!!

Liz is a very accommodating host. I had a great time using her studio as it offered a relaxing escape from nyc. She was very flexible and responsive. She even went above and beyond mailing me a shirt I left behind. A true gem of a place and host.

My Family and friends always enjoy our stay at Ricky's property and cant wait to be back again! Beautiful ponds and accommodations make it an amazing place us as an outdoors family cant get enough of! Ricky is always top notch and willing to help with whatever you need. We cant wait to head back!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, in a quiet, peaceful setting. Jason was proactive in communicating his expectations and in making sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay.

Eric’s place was perfect for me and my daughter during our stay in Saugerties. Very close to HITS and many restaurants. The place was exactly as described. Easiest check in and his place was very clean. A great place that I would recommend to anyone!
