Cozy apartment in the center of Grossarl with great view over the place and the mountain backdrop. Very bright and friendly furnished. Simply perfect for a couple of soothing days for relaxation or sporting activity. Our pretty, small but fine apartment offers enough space for 2 people, with living and dining area and balcony, bathroom with hairdryer, toilet and shower, living room with TV, WiFi and you sleep in the Swiss stone pine bedroom with comfortable double bed. The spacious apartment is located on a beautiful, idyllic mountain farm-far away from stress and hectic. The private sun terrace is inviting for relaxing and sniffing the mountain air. In summer our apartment is the perfect starting point for wonderful hiking and cycling tours, in winter for ski tours. A few steps from the house is the bus stop for the free public bus. The center and the valley stations of the cable cars are about 3.5 km away-it can be easily reached by public bus or car.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

100 year old log house, which was demolished in 2008 in the neighboring village and rebuilt with us on the organic mountain farm. Special care has been taken to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy small house (75m²) served us for 10 years as a residence.

Our small apartment (35m2) is located at the farm "Amosergut". It is perfect for 2 people who like to be active and spend time in nature. Various hiking trails and bike rides lead directly from the apartment to the nearby mountains and alpine huts. Our swimming pond in the garden opposite can also be used without a carnival. However, dogs are not desired in the swimming pond and on the sunbathing lawn.
