We rented this house with sauna for the weekend, from Friday to Sunday. We were very lucky with the weather and the owner! The polite, communicative and hospitable Jürgen – I can only recommend him! We enjoyed everything very much, and we remained very satisfied with the weekend spent with Jürgen!

House is exactly as advertised. It’s new, modern and easy to stay in. Katti and Stefan were excellent hosts and responsive and helpful at all times. You will need a car as the location is remote, but easy to find. Would recommend as a base for local ski resorts in the winter.

the apartment is perfect for one person, with two people it gets a little tight. in the apartment is really everything you need. the neighborhood was really quiet on the 5 nights of my visit. i really enjoyed the view from the balcony - the nature here is really beautiful and versatile. the apartment is worth a look for everyone. even in minor emergency situations (if you forget the key in the apartment) Frank is very quickly accessible and can very well offer a perfect solution - super good! Clear recommendation on my part for apartment, surroundings and host!

Emily is a very friendly and helpful host who you like to talk to. The apartment is very homely to feel comfortable. Everything is clean and well maintained. The location is wonderful: short distances to the trail and shopping and yet very quiet and with beautiful views of the mountains. I will always be happy to come back.

The apartment was just as described – very clean, cozy and just a place where you feel right at home. The location was perfect for us: even in ski boots it was only about a three minute walk to the ski bus. Bakery, (small) supermarket, pharmacy, bus stop and ski school all within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is small, but that's what makes its charm – it's incredibly cozy. A special highlight was the fantastic view of the mountain. The communication with Antonia was excellent, everything went smoothly. Will definitely be back anyway:-)

Great apartment with a beautiful garden. You’ll find what you need and Barbara’s family, who lives in the house as well, is very friendly and helps wherever help is needed. Just be aware that in the bedroom are two separate beds and then there is another bed in the living room which is in a wardrobe. Great area just behind the house and nice breweries in town.

We spent a week in the autumn holidays in the apartment and felt very comfortable from the beginning. Everything was well maintained and very cozy. The kitchen is well equipped. The landlord was always available if needed, friendly and helpful. We would recommend the apartment at any time.

Amazing apartment, great host. And the view from the balcony is out of this world. The only "drawback" for us was the too soft bed. If necessary, the mattress could be renewed here again. Otherwise, everything was great and Bettina was a great host!

We had a great time at Marion's apartment. Everything was as described, plus super clean and furnished with attention to detail and little touches. We were looking for a place to escape the New Year's hustle and bustle of the big city and the place was perfect for it. Quiet, clean, cozy, close to the lake, parks, hiking trails, a few cozy restaurants and cafes. Wonderful place to stay in the heart of the Alps foothills with a great host, unconditionally recommended.

What a gem. It was only an overnighter but a really nice one to go to. The restaurant across the road was a bonus! And the coffee that Margrit provided was perfect. Would recommend this as a great spot to stay.

Underrated airbnb! Our family of five had an absolute blast at Roswhita place. The entire place is so well put together that we wish to replicate it at our place down under. From the unbelievably well kitted out kitchen to the comfy sofas, to the Wii (such a clever move), to the clean Lego, room specific underfloor heating, comfortable beds, gorgeous views of the endless enormous windows... such a cozy home. Impeccable. The location? a quiet town with classic German B roads that were Disney looking in winter. The perfect location to relax, truly feel at home and be relatively close to Legoland, Munich, thermal swimming, etc... We will be back 😊.
