Home sweet home ist unser Motto! Verbringen Sie Ihre Urlaubstage in unserem Ferienhaus, das in einer idyllischen Gegend mitten im Ort Schrattenbach liegt. Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

A whole house to itself!!!Since April 2023, we have been renting out our newly built holiday home at Lake Constance on the Höri. They are surrounded by beautiful scenery and a short walk to the lake. Our house offers enough space for 2 - 4 people with two bedrooms. We offer a detached modern Weber house with over 90 square meters in a wonderful location. The comfortable room atmosphere, which results from the use of natural building materials, stands for a pleasant living experience.

Haus am Vogelherd

Our cottage has a living area of 70 sqm. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa of Westerheim at 823m altitude. In the neighbor are commercial establishments, but they cause little noise. House is fully enclosed at a height of 150cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter with snow there is also a trail. For children, there is a swing with a climbing rod. Vacation home in the old town of Memmingen in the Allgäu

A holiday home (approx. 125 m²) in the old town of Memmingen with a small garden and an almost secluded terrace, only a few hundred meters from the train station and the center. Cafés, restaurants and a REWE market are just a few minutes' walk away. A private car parking space is available to guests free of charge. The house is fully furnished and offers both holiday guests and business travelers everything they need to feel comfortable, even during a longer stay.

You can grill in the garden, make campfires, go from the garden in the sup, kayak or canoe or cool off in the river.

Spend your holidays in our holiday home, which is located in an idyllic area in the middle of Buxheim. The holiday home was completely renovated in 2020 with great attention to detail. Just a few steps away is a bakery. Restaurants are within walking distance in the village. The city centre of Memming is less than 4 kilometres away. Buxheim is an excellent starting point for hikes and bike rides. Various ski areas can be reached within a short time by car.

Romantic hunting lodge in a secluded location for max. 17 people

We rent our beautiful “Waldhäuschen” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large plot with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing murmur and ripple can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)
