Cosy place with everything you need. Clean and easy check in and check out. Location is great easy public transport and walk in distance from very cool area ! Kerem is very responsive and friendly !

The apartment was wonderful. Everything was exactly as beautiful as the pictures. Tunç our host was very helpful, we had an issue with our sink and he fixed it within less than an hour. The neighborhood is extremely nice, everything is nearby; lots of local businesses around the apartment. Grocery store stay open late which was so helpful.

esso 9 was so good , we were a family with 2 big boys and the sofa beds were comfortable..the air-conditioning was so cold and this is something you really need in istanbul in July. the Fridge was big and good .TV is smart. but there is no microwave or oven to heat food. only stove . in general our stay was so relaxing and nice .the apartment in the centre of uskudar close to the beach and to mammary metro . 5 min walk

The apartment is simply perfect, everything is as described, everything you need for a pleasant stay is present in the house, there was even laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets. I'm so glad you're staying. Everything was as pictured and described. Very small but convenient apartment. Every part of the apartment was clean. Every detail was considered and had everything needed. The library in the house was also a nice detail for me. There was no noise or noise in the building, neighbors. That was a plus for me. There was a little smell at the entrance to the apartment building from the outside, but Mr. Batuhan said he would take care of this. Mr. Batuhan has been a caring and helpful host from the first moment to the last. I would say it is a fully available apartment in terms of price/service. When I come to Istanbul, it will be one of the apartments I will consider staying again.

Our stay in Uskudar was so peaceful! We were centrally located and enjoyed the atmosphere of the Anatolian side. Serra even went above and beyond and let me keep my bags in the flat an extra few hours while I went on a walking tour the afternoon before my flight. Would recommend to everyone!

The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals. The location was also perfect - close to all the main sights and amenities. Celal's apartment was very clean with all basic amenities and services. They offered us to and fro cab service for airport. They were present to receive us. also helped us carry our bags to the apartment and also while leaving the apartment. They were responsive and brought us another lighter for the stove when asked for. They also treated us with Turkish delights and a nice souvenir. They were very friendly and showed affection to our 8 months old baby. The apartment's location is also good and tram/bus stops are nearby. Just keep in mind that Istanbul is a bit hilly so walking uphill for the tram stop with a baby can be tricky. Overall a very good experience. P.S. The location which is shown in the app and the actual location of the apartment is a bit different, although they escort you to the actual location themselves. But in the description of this listing they don't mention that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift. So, people with baby or old age can have problem.

Pinars apartment is located in the old town within walking distance of the main attractions like the Grand Bazaar and the palace. There is a convenient shop over the road that sells some essential groceries and Pinars restaurants is a few doors up and the food was amazing and staff were incredibly friendly. The apartment is on the 5th floor. The stairwell can be dark and is not attractive but the apartment itself is spacious, clean and bright. There is a view of the sea from the living room window. There was plenty of hot water for the jacuzzi bath and shower. We had cold weather and the apartment was always nice and warm. We would definitely recommend Pinars apartment for your stay in Istanbul.

it was a wonderful trip! the best accommodation in the best location! the terrace had a view of the sea, a 5-minute walk to a large shopping center. There is a wonderful cafe with breakfasts nearby. the apartment was warm, comfortable, quiet. the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were large, appliances and dishes - everything you need for a comfortable stay. 300 meters away - Migros and other stores. Simay was a very attentive and kind hostess, she gave us advice, quickly responded to requests, and really helped us out when we forgot our keys) we really want to return to this wonderful house again!

We stayed for a week in this extraordinary apartment and felt very, very comfortable there. The location is centrally located in the immediate vicinity of the Galata Tower and offers fantastic views over the city, both day and night. A big thank you to Neriman for the taxi arrangements on our arrival and departure, as well as the restaurant tips! Important to know: the apartment is on the 5th floor of an historic house. There is no elevator there, which was no problem for us. We will be happy to come back!

It was a nicely put up space that worked well for us. Felt like home away from home. Very convenient as there were stores to get our basic grocery as well well coffee shops around. The Galata Tower and tram station are also at a walkable distance. The only drawback for us was that one of the WC doors wouldn't latch up and one of the bedrooms did not have a latch from inside but would close only from the outside. These are suggestions so that the owner could take notice and take this immaculate and homely space a notch higher. Overall, we loved the small details and rustic charm of the place.
