We are a friendly family and rent here our 60sqm apartment for max.4 persons. The apartment is in the basement of our 2 family house! Local tourist tax is to be paid additionally on site!!! The apartment is located directly on the forest (with forest playground) with access to hiking and mountain bike trails! In the beautiful Lautenthal you will find many hiking opportunities, excellent cycling trails and mountain bike trails. For bikers Lautenthal is a great start into the winding Harz!

House Iris is an independent little townhouse on two floors with a private entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: the large one with a double bed, the little one with two single beds. As usual in holiday homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway..

Dear guests, Welcome to my cute cottage❤️ The house is in a great residential area on the border between Kirchditmold, Bad Willhelmshöhe and Vorderen Westen. The Wilhelmshöhe train station as well as the Stadthalle (Kongress Palais) are within walking distance or easily accessible by tram/bus. The bus/ tram stop, grocery store, taxi, restaurants can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. Very quiet, great location.

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.
