Apartment holiday rentals in Utah

Gary was incredibly responsive and made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and felt at home. We had a concern with the outdoor fireplace not lighting and he had it looked at that same night and arranged to have a part replaced the next day. He has a beautiful home and it is cozy and inviting. Our family of 7 made meals and enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and available storage. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return.

Travis was great to work with and communicated quickly on the couple questions I had. The place was decent and certainly great for the price. I'd definitely stay there again.

Just left Phoebe’s condo after a two night stay and it was awesome! Our family of 4 came up to Brian Head for the sole purpose of skiing and the location was right next to Giant Steps (not technically ski in / ski out but you could walk down in your gear, we chose to just do the 2 minute drive over to the parking lot because the walk would have been a lot for our kids in their ski boots and carrying their poles and skis). Phoebe’s place was clean and had everything we needed and her check in and check out instructions were very clear. You can tell this is an older building but she has done a great job with updates and decor. I highly recommend this place!

We loved the location - just a short walk to the lifts as well as to the restaurants/galleries/shops in Park City. Todd's place was perfect for the two of us; we would definitely stay here again!

My son and I were in for a 3 day ski trip . It was the perfect place for us. Having full use of the resort amenities was a huge plus. It was a first class experience!

Gian's place was perfect for a late season snowboarding trip for my friend and I. Great location, easy walking to the Cabriolet lift, just a couple blocks from the door. The place was clean, cozy and had a well stocked kitchen. Gian, also communicated well with us and was very responsive. Great place for a family or a few friends to hit the slopes.

Fantastic stay that was perfect for a ski getaway to Solitude for our family of 4. Location was incredible, walk to slopes, restaurants and corner store, rental shop, etc…never had to drive any where! Condo was exactly as described and was stocked with anything you could possibly need. We usually ski Colorado but are sold on Utah now!

We stayed in unit seven, which is a second floor apartment/condo two bedroom two bath. It is furnished in traditional rustic furniture and accents, but it’s very comfortable and cozy. It was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The decor is definitely dated but in good condition. The TVs too are dated and not smart TVs (with lots of visible exposed wires from old Bose system etc) but that was not important to us. For a few hundred dollars more than a local Marriott chain, we had a two bedroom two bathroom condominium with a full kitchen and a lounge area. And washer dryer in unit! We had use of a shared hot tub and were a moderate walk or short drive to Cabriolet lift at canyons (right across street). Overall excellent unit and location to stores shopping skiing, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend for the value.

We had a great time staying at Rene’s place! She was communicative and provided very clear instructions. Her place was well located, a short 5 minute walk to the Park City lifts. The apartment was roomy, nicely furnished, and fully stocked. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would absolutely stay here again!

I am a traveling RN and only stayed at the house when I was sleeping, but I LOVED the giant tub & everything was very clean and it had a lot of extra amenities that were helpful. I was able to wash my scrubs while I was there and the fridge had lots of condiments. Great little place in easy to get to location! It has everything you would need!

Jocelyn's condo was just what we needed for our stay in St. George. The condo was clean and organized. The amenities were very nice, 2 pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, etc. Thank you Jocelyn.

The Canyons Village is lovely. Parking was super duper easy. We loved the heated, outdoor pool and hot tub. The game room was fun too. The condo was very clean and nice. There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom which was a bit off putting. And the curtains were not light-darkening which was not conducive to sleeping in later. We loved the robe and nice towels (& towel warmer.) We also loved the dedication to being eco friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was great. It was clean, it was comfortable. The only negative was the parking. We did have to park outside of the complex. We rented 3 condos to accommodate our group and we had 3 vehicles. So basically one vehicle per condo, so it was frustrating not to get parking in the parking complex.

We really liked staying here! It was perfect for our family. Beds were comfortable and even though it was at an older apartment complex it was kept clean and had everything we needed to cook and relax in between pool trips! We would definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome stay at Las Palmas in St. George! The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—close to everything we needed. The heated pools were a huge hit, especially with the kids—they didn’t want to leave! The host was super responsive and helpful before our arrival, and everything went smoothly during our stay. No issues at all. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in Stephanie's place. It was clean and comfortable for our family to come stay during our soccer tournament. We loved the convenience to the interstate, yet the quietness of the streets around the area.

We had a great time staying here. JP was proactive in his communication and helpful. The condo was great and had just what we needed. The complex was super fun with lots to do. My kids want to go back again soon.

the place was great. looked like the photos and smelled fantastic. the directions were amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved that each bedroom had a king bed as well as a private bathroom. It was perfect for our family as we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Had a great time there.

The location is great for what we need it for and it has a lot of activities for the family. We start here every time we're in St. George. Good communication and easy instructions.

We were four women staying in Moab for the Run the Rocks three day stage race. Miranda’s condo was perfect for the four of us. The master bedroom and bathroom were huge and luxurious! The pool and hot tub area were beautiful. Pool towels were provided and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils etc. The location was convenient, a short drive to all the local attractions. We appreciated how responsive the hosts were and would definitely stay again when in Moab.
