Very good communication and a beautiful home

We had a great stay at this property as a group of 6 friends. The home is newly renovated, spotless, and comfortable. Property management team was helpful and responsive. Highly recommended. I would note that the "ski off" return from Alta can be difficult for less advanced skiers. The "ski on" to Snowbird is easy and straightforward.

Diane’s apartment has the ultimate luxury — space! It is very large! Two full bedrooms with closets, full kitchenette, nice den/tv area, and the huge ping pong table area! This was my 3rd stay and it’s always super clean. Especially convenient to BYU. The kitchenette has a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven and all the Knick knacks. The off street parking is also a plus. Diane is a super host. Another great stay!

We enjoyed this awesome rental. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a great living space for relaxing after a day of skiing. The location could not be better. It’s a short walk up to the ski trail to ride down to the town lift to access Park City and a short walk to the Main street nightlife.

Our 5-fellas trip went great. Erik's house was critical to help us had an amazing experience at Park City. We didn't need to rent a car as we could walk everywhere in the Town city. The house was super comfortable, well equipped and super clean. Erik was super responsive and provided us with very helpful information about the location, the house and even kept us updated about ski trails and snow conditions. No doubt we will be back to Erik's house if we can.

The location was really good. You can walk to the Liberty park and there are good coffee shops around there.

Great location to easily ski into Deer Valley! With a little child it’s great to not have to take transportation. House was peaceful and spacious. Great view of the mountains. Great host and very responsive. Highly recommend.

It was a beautiful cabin that fit our large family. It had everything we needed and more. The surround sound throughout the house was so fun to listen to Christmas music. We went with intent to do the tubing hill at the resort, but they had to close it because of icy conditions, so that was disappointing, but we still had a great time. Gwen let us use the sleds in garage and the kids loved it. Thank you for wonderful memories.

Came for Sundance. Great location and easy walk to Main Street! Stairs take you down to the ground level. We didn’t use the hot tub - but we comfortably had three separate spaces to use. Not all Ubers could make it up the slope during icy/snowy conditions, but we could always walk (with snowshoes) to get back home. Definitely worked for what we needed and David was responsive when we had questions.

Brent's condo was wonderful! Great location to downtown Park City and all of the Sundance venues, clean, comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location ! Tom was super responsive and very helpful . We loved being so close to everything … we did not need a car as the trolley and bus systems were so close . It’s not a big place but it was perfect for me and my husband . Hope we can stay again ! We loved our stay ! Thank you so much !

The space was immaculate. It was warm and homey. The gym was great. The bed was a 10. Esay as could be check in. overall worth every penny and would absolutely stay again and again. Top 10 recommend

We had a great stay! While we didn’t interact with the host, everything was clear and well-communicated. The apartment was tidy, super comfortable, and had a warm, cozy feel—just a really delightful space to be in. It felt a bit smaller than the photos suggested, but that wasn’t an issue at all—more cozy than lavish, which worked perfectly for us. Everything worked smoothly, making for an easy and enjoyable stay. One thing to note for future guests visiting during Sundance: grocery shopping can be tricky, so it’s worth planning ahead. That’s more of a general tip than a critique of the place itself. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommend!

Amazing stay. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was extremely helpful and quick with their communication. The location was easily one of the best ever, close to everything you would want to check out during a stay in Park City. I will absolutely be staying here again if given another opportunity.

The value for this place was the best in Brian head, 2 bath and 2 bed is a perfect size for my group and the convenience near the lifts made it seamless. The place was in amazing condition and had everything you need, definitely recommend to anyone.

Skip Brianhead and head straight to this property at Eagle Point Resort! Million dollar views, very quiet and private gated community right on the least busy slopes in Utah! Don’t wait in lines for the lifts- spend your time skiing, snowboarding and more! The condo is so modern & cozy. Just keep the crock pots going so you can come and go all day! Everything is was top of the line and exceptionally clean. This condo and Eagle Point combo might be the biggest value and best secret in all of Utah! Jon and Sterling responded within minutes every time I reached out. Thank you for the most magical New Years Eve for all of my family!!!!

Thomas‘s accommodation was exactly what we wanted and exactly as advertised! Everything was as expected and should be be. What really stood out was the communication: proactive, helpful, responsive and friendly. Rental car and “Getting there” tips (very important given Cottonwoods road considerations), grocery and ski rental procurement and the list goes on and all very timely. A very professional host! Exactly what I wanted and expected.

cabin worked well for us and the host was communicative. not really a ski in or out as it’s on the opposite side of the canyon. we got dumped on with snow so skiing was great but made it impossible for us to drive in. the walk from the resort parking was about 1000 yard up hill. Son got stuck in his Forester trying to get in so factor in your transportation and vehicles. Cabin had lots of bedding options and we cooked all of our meals there. Worked well once we got in.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect - right across the street from Giant Steps Mountain. The host was friendly, responsive, and ensured my stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a well-located getaway!

We had an incredible stay at this cozy cabin in Brian Head! The location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to the slopes and breathtaking mountain views. The cabin was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway, from a fully equipped kitchen to warm, inviting decor that made us feel right at home. After a day of skiing, it was such a treat to relax by the fireplace and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The host was excellent—responsive, thoughtful, and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and stay. If you’re looking for a perfect ski-in/ski-out experience or just a serene mountain retreat, this cabin is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!

Derrick’s place was awesome for our large family! He was a great host and very helpful. Our kids had a great time playing in the snow and then playing in the game room. The rooms were perfect for the adults and we had plenty of room. It was a very quiet neighborhood and the surroundings were beautiful and serene. Highly recommend the area and Derrick’s home.
