Ken is friendly, communicative, and very helpful in making sure the reservations were confirmed with Grand Timber. I really enjoyed the stay, the amenities, and the proximity to the ski resort!

We had a wonderful stay at Ken’s condo at the Grand Timber Lodge! The unit was very well maintained, and check-in was a breeze. The lodge itself has a ton of amenities and the shuttle was very convenient!

Great place ski in Easy Shuttle out or ski out with a short walk

Had a great spring break with my two boys, ski in-out worked well. Rental options right on location as well as restaurant, games and pool. We enjoyed the stay and the place. Everything worked and was in clean and good order. We even had a mid week room service that took away trash and recycle waste. A shuttle service take you to-from town, thus you can leave your car in the garage and avoid the menace finding a parking in town. regards from Niels, Max and Sam

Great stay. Have stayed at the Westin Beaver Creek Villas before. Met all of our expectations. Great place to stay if you are looking for ski in ski out accommodations at Beaver Creek.

We always have a great stay at the Timber Lodge, this will not be the last time we go for sure. We love the ski in/ski out access, the pools, and the restaurant. We always make sure to take advantage of the theater rentals, and the shuttle to town is so helpful and responsive.

Everything was great. Only suggestion would be to change check out time to 10am. It says 11am on the app but check out is at 10am.

The property was amazing. Walking distance to chair lift. Pool(s) and hot tub area were perfect for families and never too crowded. Resort was very responsive and helpful. Shuttle to town easly available. Restaurant on site was better than expected. Tom was very responsive. Perfect Colorado skiing/snowboarding experience. Can't wait to go back!

The stay was awesome and truly felt like home. Very clean and well equipped. Short walk to the lift and free storage of ski made the experience much more sweeter, truly a ski in/ski out. Short easy 5 min walk to town. Only drawback and complaint was a last minute reservation change by owner which the first 2 days was for some reason unavailable so I had to scramble to find another place to stay temporarily, but after that and once checked in everything went flawless, still had a great time. It was a little stressful trying to find another place to stay at the last minute but Caden was very responsive and communication was good throughout the process. Would definitely stay again and hopefully there won’t be any last minute changes.

This place was fantastic. If you're looking for a place right on the mountain, this is one of them. The lodge is right on Peak 7, and you can ski right to fence by the Peak 7 lift. There are included ski lockers, hot tubs, and pools outside with the ability to view skiers and skies. The amenities are terrific. There are free shuttles into town if you don't want to drive. We arrived early and needed a place to park and store items. The receptionist was terrific, our room wasn't ready but she gave us a parking pass for the heated garage and ski locker access. We were on the slopes in no time. Great host and locaiton. Highly recommend.
