Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

As a resident of Paris, I love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche sur mer. I enjoyed renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when you wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cap Ferrat. Its central location close to the old town, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.

Beautiful apartment on the Promenade des Anglais

By the sea, 10 minutes by bus from the the old town , train station and the Airport, the apartment is comfy, renovated whith tadte and fully equiped. Very sunny, it is located on the 1st floor and offers a fantastic view over the Baie des Anges. The accommodation suits to families, couples, business travelers and to big groups. The businesses are at the bottom of the building, bakery, tobacco, supermarket, post-office and self-service bike station.

The beach house is a spacious and comfortable apartment located by the sea in a elegant building from the 1920s. Only two steps separate it from the famous beach. It was just completely renovated with modern building techniques that make it fresh and quiet. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort . The newly raised location allows you to have great sea views even when the cabins of the beach establishments in front are mounted.
