I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Terre di Cocomo. The location was so beautiful and the apartment and grounds tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. The pool was also such a lovely place to relax at the end of the day and the dinner, breakfasts, and drinks were all delicious. Most importantly, Sara, Emilio, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful - we felt like we were part of the family. They fostered a wonderful atmosphere which led all the guests to feel at home. I recommend staying here unreservedly.

Beautiful old building with all the amenities required for our 5-night stay. We met Michela on arrival and she made us feel immediately welcome. There is so much more to do in and around Pisa, besides the incredible Tower zone with museum, Cathedral and Baptistry. It was a great base for our stay. Nice to come back after so many years.

Our stay was wonderful, we had a great time. The photos match perfectly with the house, and there is everything for long stays (kitchen, dishes, mugs, etc.) and electric heaters that we served in the living room because it was very large and did not heat up completely, but the rooms remained warm. In addition, there was a barbecue and children's games area that made our stay even more beautiful. We also thank Donatella for guiding us home and being helpful and for giving us excellent advice.

The stay at Pietro's place was very nice thanks to the comfort of the apartment, the area, the hospitality and the beautiful surrounding nature. Apartment equipped with everything you need, comfortable and with a magnificent view. I appreciated the expertly restored historic structure to maintain the mountain architectural tradition. The host and her daughter communicated before and throughout our stay including help with parking our car. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Amenities like the clothes washer and dishwasher were appreciated. There are many stair options including a funicular and lift to and from city centre. Access to the train station is easily walkable.

They came right away in the cold weather and replaced it with a warm duvet. It was a warm and happy place during my stay.

During the pandemic, I started following a FB group called view from my window. I loved seeing the views from around the world and the positive, encouraging posts. I began to see beautiful posts from Tuscany along with poetic descriptions posted by Elena. I learned she was an air bnb host. We were fortunate to stay at her air bnb, and she was the most delightful host. This truly is a special place. Elena goes above and beyond to communicate and help you make the most of your stay. Take advantage of all the advice and recommendations Elena has to offer, you won't be disappointed. That being said, allow some time to enjoy this beautiful place and soak it all in. Peccioli is a wonderful little town, with great places to eat, gelato and bread just steps away. There is an abundance of public art to wander around and enjoy. Practical tips-grocery store and laundry convenient. You do have to access the space via stairs. Highly recommend!

Silvia’s place far exceeded our expectations. Everything looks just like the listing, only better. The setting is stunning. Silvia has multiple outdoor areas set up for dining and just looking at the view. The villa is spotless and fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. The bed was very comfortable. There are two entrances into the villa so you do not have to carry your suitcases up any stairs. We even adjusted our itinerary to spend more time around the villa. Silvia and Giuliano were the perfect hosts; friendly, warm and made us feel more like family than guests. We cannot wait to return.

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

Giovanna went above and beyond. The place was clean and tidy, plenty of room. Walkable distance to the supermarket and station.

Barbara,very responsive,made the house available in a very short time (less than 12h). It'sa real slice of paradise; the photos may not reflect the beauty of the place enough. A spacious, beautiful, thoughtfully finished home, tastefully furnished, and design details. All rooms have bathroom with shower in the room. Everything is equipped and if you need anything extra B. it is very quick to try to satisfy you. Spectacular panoramic location, surrounded by silence, surrounded by nature with woods and olive trees with a breathtaking sea view. Our dogs have enjoyed a very large and fenced garden. The swimming pool is kept with care and fully enjoys privacy. The whole area has sunshine until sunset. In about 15 minutes you are at the sea, with wide and beautiful beaches. Our vacation started very badly elsewhere, here it turned into a super vacation! Barbara SUPER host, for anything that goes out of her way to accommodate you. We'll be back soon

The property pictures tell the story. Well-maintained, attractive and comfortable villa in a charming Tuscan town. The host is grand, very accommodating and helpful. Everything works! Conad City grocery store is 100’ away, so you can easily stock the kitchen. 5 minute walk and you’re in the heart of a collection of wonderful restaurants, galleries and shops.

Great place! All the extras - treats, bathrobes etc. were much appreciated! So close to the train so easy commute to Firenze and Pisa. Would highly recommend! Very clean and very comfortable!!

Real Airbnb with the owner next door!! Only accommodation in Italy not to add the tourist tax. Large bedrooms with great bedding. Great location close to the train station for the Cinque Terre Shops all around.

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

Perfect location to see all Pisa has to offer. Place was perfect for our family of 5 and host was quick to answer questions. Recommend!

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

I felt at from the first until the last minute. How Anna does it that you never miss anything while nothing unnecessary ist there, will remain a miracle to me.
