Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Versilia

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Terre di Cocomo. The location was so beautiful and the apartment and grounds tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. The pool was also such a lovely place to relax at the end of the day and the dinner, breakfasts, and drinks were all delicious. Most importantly, Sara, Emilio, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful - we felt like we were part of the family. They fostered a wonderful atmosphere which led all the guests to feel at home. I recommend staying here unreservedly.

What a gem! Michela has paid so much attention to details in making guests feel welcome. The space is incredible and the pictures (amazing!) don’t do it justice. We lounged in the afternoon with the balconies open and enjoyed the sounds of the city. Shutters at night kept all calm and dark. Perfect in country entry to a long work trip where we just needed to unwind. Thanks so much - we hope to come back!

The stay at Pietro's place was very nice thanks to the comfort of the apartment, the area, the hospitality and the beautiful surrounding nature. Apartment equipped with everything you need, comfortable and with a magnificent view. I appreciated the expertly restored historic structure to maintain the mountain architectural tradition. Nature and history in a perfect fusion. We had a great time and hope to come back. Thank you Pietro!

Very well located accommodation, the center and the clubs can be reached by taking two elevators, or the stairs. The Cinque Terre train station can also be reached in a few minutes on foot. Federica was very kind and responsive in providing all the directions.

We recently stayed at this Airbnb in La Spezia, and it was such a lovely experience! The host was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—they even called a cab for us, which was very helpful. The apartment itself is perfectly located, with the bus route just a short walk away, making it super convenient to get around. We also used the Radio Taxi Service, which was reliable and made transportation a breeze. The location was fantastic! Just half a kilometre from the Airbnb, there’s a beautiful walking area near the port, which was perfect for relaxing strolls. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the overall experience was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting La Spezia!

Great place with a magnificent view, quiet in the heights. The pool is very pleasant during the day and the bar / restaurant offers a good value for money with a great kindness from the hosts! I recommend it.

The stay at Chiara and Sergio's place was up to our expectations. The house was found in excellent cleanliness and with everything you need. They turned out to be great hosts for both time flexibility and prompt responses to every request. If the place is available, simply book it—you won’t regret it! The area is peaceful and beautiful, and the property is superbly clean and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, there’s a fantastic espresso coffee machine, the beds are comfortable, and even wireless chargers are provided for phones. Breakfast was exceptional—it was unreal to wake up to freshly baked bread and vegetables from the garden. All in all, you won’t regret staying here!

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

Barbara,very responsive,made the house available in a very short time (less than 12h). It'sa real slice of paradise; the photos may not reflect the beauty of the place enough. A spacious, beautiful, thoughtfully finished home, tastefully furnished, and design details. All rooms have bathroom with shower in the room. Everything is equipped and if you need anything extra B. it is very quick to try to satisfy you. Spectacular panoramic location, surrounded by silence, surrounded by nature with woods and olive trees with a breathtaking sea view. Our dogs have enjoyed a very large and fenced garden. The swimming pool is kept with care and fully enjoys privacy. The whole area has sunshine until sunset. In about 15 minutes you are at the sea, with wide and beautiful beaches. Our vacation started very badly elsewhere, here it turned into a super vacation! Barbara SUPER host, for anything that goes out of her way to accommodate you. We'll be back soon

Real Airbnb with the owner next door!! Only accommodation in Italy not to add the tourist tax. Large bedrooms with great bedding. Great location close to the train station for the Cinque Terre Shops all around.

wonderful experience. We had support in everything. There was a small problem with the toilet float, resolved in a few minutes. Great kindness and very nice and well-kept house!We will be back!

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. When we arrived, we found water, beer, and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked brioche. Rachel was very helpful and kind to check in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there are supermarket, ice cream parlor, home store, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and pick it up just to leave! We had a good time with our little girl and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Just a small flaw is the price, quite high although it was the week of August

I felt at from the first until the last minute. How Anna does it that you never miss anything while nothing unnecessary ist there, will remain a miracle to me.
