Wonderful apartment in a palace. It is fully renovated and is tastefully decorated and a small touch of modernity. Loved our stay. However, it should be noted that the apartment is a little noisy on weekends because it overlooks a very busy pedestrian street and is on the 1st floor.

The place is very nice and we would go back there anytime. The apartment was incredibly clean and the air conditioning made the warmth bearable for us on the hot days. We were able to sleep incredibly well there. Lake Garda is a few minutes' walk away, as well as the swimming spots. Restaurants and shopping are also a few minutes' walk away. We would recommend the place at any time and will definitely be back.

We had a WONDERFUL stay in Silvia’s apartment. I was going to use lots of superlatives to describe the apartment and the host but then I read the previous reviews and it’s all been said so perfectly already!! The only extra bit I’ll add is that Silvia split two of the double beds into 4 singles which suited our group perfectly. Fabulous place, super host…and we’d DEFINITELY recommend it!!! Comfortable and clean apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, hosts are available for everything and very nice. One thing that slightly bothered us that you heard everything from the floor above.

The apartment is very spacious, we didn’t expect that, photos don’t reflect the size of rooms and kitchen. It’s great, but on the other hand there was quite cold in February days. However we had everything that we need in apartment. The area around is safe and quiet, it is pretty close to interesting places and restaurants. Matteo is a good host. I recommend this apartment

Great rental, exactly as described. walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and bars.

We stayed at Riccardo and Juan's on New Year's Eve. What can I say? The apartment is beautiful, spacious, tidy and super clean. There were drinks and bottles of water available, herbal teas and coffee pods, we did not cook but the kitchen seemed very well equipped. Also in the bathroom there were creams, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, and even the hair straightener. The garage is spacious and comfortable while the terrace at the entrance overlooking the castle is really nice. The welcome gift with panettone and bottle of prosecco was also appreciated. Details that make a difference!

Valerio and Matteo are wonderful friendly hosts who ensure you are comfortable and feel right at home. Their place is right in the heat of Desenzano conveniently near ferries, the lake and good restaurants and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We would certainly like to stay there again.

Very nice centrally located.

Alessandro was a very welcoming host. He gave us directions on what to do and where to eat. was always available and always responded quickly to questions/requests. the house is really nice, clean, tidy, it has everything you need; it has the bus stop nearby but we have always walked, about 30 minutes from Piazza Bra. We had a great weekend. we hope to be back soon

Amazing place to stay, very recommended. The apt has a lot of character, clean, spacious, good amenities. Chiara was incredible in the check in. They were very understandable because we had a delay for the checkout.

Unique place near Lake Garda. Beautiful surroundings with peaceful atmosphere and a wonderful host. Updated kitchen, fixtures and finishes. Highly recommend this place.

The accommodation and especially the view is fantastically beautiful! Gianangelo and his son Lucio welcomed us in a friendly way and are very likeable and accommodating hosts. We will be happy to come back, thank you for the great time!

Very nice and accommodating contact. I would definitely recommend the apartment and is also well suited for up to four people! The highlight is of course the hot tub.

Little slice of heaven, only 3 homes that make this place very intimate. Services worthy of a beautiful hotel. Spa bonus accessible from all rooms giving access to a sauna, hammam, sensory shower and hot tub. The view and the natural pool finish in beauty the exceptional character of the place.

What can I say, except exceptional. A little gem of an apartment with amazing lake views and all the amenities that you could want. Pristine clean and comfortable we have loved our stay and we were sorry to leave! The ceiling at the toilet area is low, but hey unless you spend all day in the toilet it’s not a big problem! We would not hesitate to book this apartment again. The town is a nice 1.5km walk along the lake beach to the local shops and supermarkets where you can also have a lovely lake side lunch. The hot tub on evening with a drink was a huge plus and we were lucky enough to have great weather to use the bbq With meat from the local butchers which was just delicious! Thank you we hope to see you again in the future!

The apartment was beautiful and matched perfectly the description and was actually even better! The location on the lake is really superb. You couldn’t wish for a more perfect space. It was a wonderful space to take some much needed time out and recharge. I can thoroughly recommend!!
