The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had lovely patios to spend time on. It was right next to a plaza with two cafes and close to a supermarket. Would stay here again for sure

The accommodation is in a beautiful setting, the terrace with lake view is perfect and it is easy to access the lake from the building, it is quite quiet at this time (March 2025), the hosts are very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa dei Coccodrilli in Torri del Benaco! Rita was incredibly friendly and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The house is just a 5-minute walk from Lake Garda, perched on a hill with stunning views. It's picturesque with flowering vines, a large garden, and a private pool overlooking the lake. Inside, the apartment is cozy and charming. While it might be a bit snug for four people, it was more than adequate for our needs. Do note that there is no full door between the bedroom and living room, which might be a consideration for those seeking more privacy. Both the bathroom and the kitchenette are well-equipped, including an electric kettle — a nice touch that’s not always common in Italy. It was a perfect base for exploring the beautiful towns around Lake Garda and even Verona. While there's a bus stop nearby, traveling by car is more convenient as buses tend to be late. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend this charming spot!

We spent a week in September in this very nice apartment. It has everything you need, whether you are adults or a family with children. Well equipped. Good practical solutions. Stairless access to apartment From the living room there is access straight out into its own garden, with large sofa group and dining table. From the garden there is a hedge and a gate straight out to a large swimming pool with sunbeds. The apartment area seems well run, clean and organized, with its own concierge. Hosting is very welcoming and available, and was more than willing to give tips and advice about the place, and other things you may have questions about. Very tidy conditions. About 20 minutes to walk to Desenzano city, with historic streets and buildings, market, shopping and not least many cozy restaurants. The boardwalk to Desenzano is worth a walk in itself. 15-20 away within walking distance there are also several very good restaurants, delis and not least beautiful places and buildings. We would definitely recommend the place and would happily come back.

Amazing view, great apartment, chic grounds. The only thing is to choose the right road to check in, because there are many small and very narrow roads. My advice to check into the villa should ONLY be done from the top at the bottom, and check-out, even if you need to go down to Garda in a straight line, only from the bottom up, and then on the normal road again down to the Garda. Yes, there will be a little hook, but trust me it is well worth it. Otherwise 10/10 !!!

we had an absolutely brilliant time at Fabio's house! the children really loved the pool and spent lots of time out there. the house is a great base for exploring lake Garda, and there's a great little bakery/butchers just a few doors away for any items you might need. Fabio was a really responsive host and I would definitely recommend this home.

A great host, who goes out of her way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Even cool drinks were available to welcome you. The air conditioners work perfectly and the entire house was sparkling clean. Will certainly come back to enjoy the warmth and surroundings 😊

We enjoyed our stay at Ursula’s place. The view is breathtaking and it was so relaxing to wake up with the view on the lake Garda. The house was super clean and there was everything to feel at home. Ursula’s friend Ioana welcomed us and showed us the house and gave us good recommendations on things to do in the area. We didn’t use the pool but it was beautiful with a nice view on the lake as well. Nice house. We recommend it for people looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation.

Massimo and Simone were both super helpful and great to communicate with. Massimo lives in the other unit within the property and would occasionally walk by and check on us. He even proactively suggested and coordinated for us the rental of a boat from the Padenghe Harbor for a half-day excursion of the lake which ended up being the highlight of the trip. Location and view are stunning with plenty of space for dining outside on the beautiful terrace or on the patio where we had a great BBQ. The way it’s setup with 2 independent kitchens on the 2 levels makes it ideal for a multifamily trip as well. 100% would recommend

Very nice little house with small garden behind. An environment that is inviting for hiking. The dogs can let off steam. No one felt disturbed. We would gladly go on vacation here again. Thank you for everything.

What an incredible find. Clean and modern with views that wow! Absolutely a great get away. We walked into town for dinner and coffee in the am. The trail around the lake is in fantastic condition and the lake is breathtaking taking. We will be back.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The apartment is modern, high quality, tastefully furnished. The large window fronts as well as the terrace are magnificent. Quiet surroundings and great views from the rooftop terrace. We personally can fully recommend the hosts as well as the apartment.

We felt welcome at Loretta's from the beginning. She personally welcomed us and showed us the most important. The apartment was extremely clean and very well appointed. It is a little away from the old town of Sirmione, which did not bother us. For this, the area is quiet and restaurants, bars, supermarkets or a gelateria are still within walking distance. For children there are great playgrounds close by. From the apartment you can easily make excursions to other cities (e.g. Garda, Bardolino, Lazise, Verona, Venice). Loretta was very helpful and answered us many questions. She gave us great tips for things to do, restaurants, cafes, parking, etc. For our little daughter, a travel bed and a high chair were provided.

We and our dog enjoyed this accommodation very much. There are a lot of good restaurants around, a lot of supermarkets and a shopping mall within walking distance. It is about 15 minutes walk to the train station, which is also very convenient. Denis was very friendly, told us about the neighborhood and gave us good recommendations.

Anna has put a lot of heart into preparing the venue. The children's corner- wonderful! Cookies, nutella, jam, honey, coffee, tea.... Spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar.... Dishwasher, washing machine (washing liquid is there too).... Napkins, paper towel, cups, glasses, glasses, pots.... All this makes Anna has created your home in Brescia for you. I would also add that you live in the old town next to the Roman ruins. Brescia itself as well as this flat invites you to come back - and that's what we intend to do :)

This property was perfect for what we wanted and more. It was spacious for the adults and kids, clean and modern. Has digital keys so there was no need for the burden of holding physical keys. We did not want to leave and when we returned from our busy days it was nice to come back and relax in this space. We would return to this property again.

Lovely stay. Very good location with a 10 minute ish walk to the lake and 10min into padenghe. Check in was fairly easy with some YouTube videos to show you where the lockbox is and how to get in. The outdoor space is great and the pool fantastic! Thank you

Great location. we found the apartment clean, tidy, modern and complete with every comfort. parking is a few minutes' walk just outside the historic center. the host has always been responsive in giving the required information. great experience. i highly recommend this property and the host.

We loved our time here. Silvia and her mother were incredibly warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home, including our four-legged companion. The place is nicer than in the pictures and well equipped. We especially appreciated how quiet it was and yet we were only a few steps away from the lake front and town centre. It’s also great that Silvia offered different pillows to choose from. We can only recommend Silvia’s place and would definitely stay again.
