the location is great, close to the mall, next 3 blocks from the beach, bakeries, supermarkets. super clean apto, great colchoes, bedding smells. extremely attentive and helpful affections. the apto is great. the building is in need of a renovation, but it does not interfere with the accommodation

The hosts are very kind and helpful. The place of the apartment is fantastic. It's worth it and I'll be back . Missing a toaster /totex for hot snacks. But of the upright very nice.

Very well located. Everything works perfectly. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, bakery, etc. Maria Aparecida was very kind and very nice. I definitely want to go back to stay longer. Too good.

This is my second time staying in Vila Velha and it was the first experience at Ricardo's property. Our stay was perfect, nothing to complain about! The property is identical to the description. Ricardo has always been available to answer questions over the phone and in person the service with Enilda was exceptional. We'll be back more often for sure!

Heitor an excellent host, very helpful and kind answers the quick questions always ready to help you, the apartment is very nice, close to a supermarket and on the street beside food trucks with some food options, from the beaches 15 minutes of Uber. My suggestion and have but items in the kitchen and for cleaning but products available.

The stay was great, the apartment is very beautiful. We were in 5 people and the place was perfect. It is well ventilated, has a good view of the beach and is very close. Nearby you find a lot of commerce. Laudiceia is very attentive.

Everything was great, Vinicius was flexible about advancing check-in and always replied to messages. The flat is well located, with a marvellous view. Everything was very good and organised .
