We'd love to host you in our peaceful, fully self-contained guest cottage at Lake Rotorua! This light & airy holiday-house has everything you need including full cooking facilities (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, utensils), all linen, washing machine and free fast wifi (NO extra cleaning or linen fees are added onto price). Less than 10 minutes into Rotorua and all the geothermal & other tourist attractions. Note: this neighbourhood does NOT have the famous Rotorua sulphur smell :)

This newly built self-contained 1 bedroom guest house is situated at the back of our section with a view of the veggie garden, grass and pool. There is a queen bed and a double sofa bed available, a kitchen and a comfortable lounge. We live in the heart of the Mount - a short 250m to the beach, two golf courses and various cafes/restaurants at Central Parade. We're 2.7km from the start of downtown Mt Maunganui and 4km from the base of the Mount and hot pools. Everything you need is here.

There is 1 cabin with bedroom ,1 with kitchenette and couch and 1 with toilet and shower....Private, next to bush and stream with view of the mountain..There is lots of outdoor space to relax in..with outdoor fireplace...the sound of running water..bush... close to rail trail..and bush walks, in the heart of gold mining history. lf you like peace and nature you will be happy here. Private getaway for 1 or 2 people. Easy walk to the beach, Trig walk, Surf Club, RSA & Flatwhite. Our Guesthouse is new, warm, stand alone, self contained & North facing. Bask in the sun on the large deck & cook on the Bbq. Parking room for a small boat or a Campervan. The Guesthouse in our front yard is down a 'right of way' (perfect for stargazing) & is 30 m's from our house. The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, just off the main Pyes Pa Road.
