Beach apartment holiday rentals in Waikiki Beach

Parking was easy to find And didn’t have to pay since it was free the time I was at the place. The private access to the ocean is a huge plus. Great view of Diamond head .

Tiffany's place is at a great location and is located on the 20th floor with amazing views from the balcony. Most importantly for our group, we were looking for assigned parking and her place has assigned parking at an additional cost of $20/day. Note - you'll have send an e-transfer to Tiffany outside of Airbnb services. Tiffany provided easy to follow instructions for both payment and the assigned parking in the same building and we had no issues during the duration of our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend Tiffany's place to stay!

We had a great time staying at Hiroko’s place! Hiroko was so kind and helpful. The condo had everything we needed and was walkable to great restaurants, ABC stores, and, of course, the beach. The view from the balcony of unobstructed Diamond head, the Honolulu zoo, and the beach was beautiful. I can’t imagine that there’s a prettier view in all of Waikiki. We paid for parking with the hotel and didn’t have any problems. We planned to have a small car after reading reviews. You are directed to a website to pay for parking and must first get your parking pass and code to enter the garage at the front desk. We would definitely love to stay here again when returning to the area!

Carla's place was in the most perfect location! The beach, shopping and so many great restaurants. There was so much to do and all in walking distance. we had a little issue getting locked out of our apartment but that was pretty quickly remedied as it was during daytime hours and maintenance changed the exterior door handle. The bathroom was a little dirty upon arrival. Hair in the shower, etc. Snorkel gear was very dirty and unusable but we really appreciate all the other beach gear that was provided (towels chairs etc). It was nice to have the amenities. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Second time staying at this condo and it was just as fabulous as the first, amazing location, great amenities, beautiful ocean view and wonderful hosts, Will definitely book here again.

Brandon's condo was beautiful! It was clean, modern and had a fantastic view of the harbor. The view took my breath away! If I ever buy a second home in Oahu, I'd want it to be exactly like this one! Brandon was easy to work with and quick to respond. I'd definitely stay here again!! Thanks Brandon!!!

Before I even arrived, I was in contact with Jimmy. He helped me decide if a car would be needed and even provided parking if I did, but the location was literally one block from Waikiki Beach! You could see even see Diamond Head from the balcony! Such a huge luxury! There was plenty of space to put our belongings for our 8 day stay, and we fully took advantage to make some home cooked meals using the equipment that was provided with the unit, but he unit was also so close to everything that Waikiki had to offer. There were great shops, convenience stores, restaurants, even food trucks in the alley right outside of the parking gate. You could see that Jimmy had a well laid out game plan for his guests, to anticipate what their need might be. For example, he had items such as beach towels, beach umbrellas, a wagon, and even boogie boards that you could take to the beach! I hope to return to Waikiki very soon, and hopefully this unit is available again when we come back!

We loved staying at William's place and it felt like home especially after a busy day! Very comfortable, had everything we needed (and then some) and located in such an excellent area - close to shopping, restaurants, beach (and of course the rainbows) but away from the noise of Waikiki streets. William was very easy to deal with and responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay there again if we got a chance to come back.

Firstly, Michael was so kind and responsive. I was travelling from a neighboring island for medical appointments, and he was willing to have some flexibility on my check-out time to accommodate the appointment. Also, I am picky about clean linens and a clean environment; this place was spotless. I know the area well, but for those who do not, it is not Waikiki, and depending on the person's ability level, not everything is walkable. There is a fantastic indian restaurant right down the street. The building has elevator access, which is past the escalator. The view at night is so pretty; it is industrial, looking at the shipyard, but I loved the city lights and the ocean, which is always beautiful. Thank you for the amazing stay.

I don't think we could have found a better place or location at such a reasonable rate for Waikiki! Janet's condominium was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Janet graciously allowed us to check-in early because the unit was available, and she is very attentive to let you know how to contact her if the need arises. The security system in place for the elevators and individual units was excellent, and I appreciated the information and amenities provided to enhance our experience. The unit is ideally located a few short blocks to the beach, and within a few minute walk to every restaurant and shopping experience you can imagine! It is also very convenient to book tours because pick-up places are minutes away. We left Hawaii with many great memories, and I would love to return and stay here again. Mahalo.

Francisco’s was super helpful and responsive! His condo is in the perfect location with a beautiful view of diamond head and the beach from the balcony.

No need to think about booking Gidget’s place, just do it! My daughter and I stayed here and Gidget’s place was exactly how the pictures looked. Neighbors are friendly, walkable to many stores, restaurants, and to the beach. Near the bus line if you’re wanting to take the bus. I would definitely book Gidget’s place again in a heartbeat.

The building (interior and exterior) are a little dated, and could use a refresh. BUT the location is amazing and the view is stunning. We arrived on a there was an annual parade - we had no idea, but there was so much traffic and road closures making it a little hectic getting to the building - but I managed to run out to speak with one of the attendants, and he came and helped us through the traffic to park. From then on, it everything was a breeze. Check in was easy, car valet, they brought up all of our luggage. We got to see the fireworks that evening that was part of the parade celebration from our balcony. The private walkway to the beach was amazing from the hotel and we felt comfortable letting our kids go back and forth on their own. Eating breakfast on the balcony with the amazing views was one of our favourite things. The location is amazing to be able to just walk to the beach in a minute or two, and anything you need is walkable.

We were first time visitors to Hawaii. I enjoyed this location as it was a little bit on the end of the really crazy busy area of Waikiki strip, especially if you’re driving a rental car! Back lane is busy and parkade down below is small as they do say use caution. I enjoyed the extras such as the laundry detergent, coffee and and tea. My only complaint is the table on the patio is a little high which was not the most comfortable for sitting outside/ getting up and down (vertically challenged). We did go on rooftop patio which was quite nice. Thank you!

Good place. But there were protests in front of the building several times during our stay, starting at 7am, which woke our family up very early in the morning.

I have stayed in countless airbnbs, and this is one of my favorite experiences. The hosts are communicative, thoughtful, generous, and kind. The place is beautiful, clean, and cozy. In the heart of the city, I felt completely peaceful and secluded. The bed/pillows/sheets are also like a cloud. All of Wakiki is walkable and it’s a quick drive to all of the incredible beaches and hikes on the east side of Oahu. The elevator situation can be frustrating but that’s completely expected in a building with 40 floors in a city full of tourists. So much love for this place!!

Ashlee is responsive and helpful from booking through the stay. everything was great just like all other reviews mentioned! The apartment was welcoming and clean. walkable distance from everything you need, including the quick 3 mins walk to the beach. we loved having access to a parking garage. the assigned parking was easy to get in and out of, and fits our SUV (a GMC Acadia) easily.

This location is the best if you’re looking for a shopping experience and to immerse yourself in the city’s vibrant energy.

Great location; coffee shop in building which was open early. Food trucks across the street. Walkable to great restaurants. Accommodations were clean and comfortable and provided the best views of Waikiki. Would highly recommend.

This unit was perfect for our needs! The location alone makes this place five stars. It’s right off the main strip of Waikiki beach so a quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The space in the unit was equally as convenient for our family. The den with a sliding door off the primary bedroom was perfect for our infant away from everything else with still enough room for another person. The building was very safe and secure, requiring a fob to enter any part of the building and to any of the floors. The attached free parking garage was a great amenity, however, it is TIGHT to maneuver. We had a van and it was a challenge as the garage is not large, so if you have a larger vehicle just be prepared for a squeeze and some careful turning. The check in instructions were very clear and made check in a breeze, and check out procedures were the easiest of any place I’ve stayed. We would’ve loved to stay longer, & should we return to the area I would absolutely rebook this property!

Loved our stay! Ann's instructions made it very easy to access the keys and enter the unit. I was a little concerned about having to make lots of stops on elevator to the 10th floor (I dislike elevators) but we almost always had the elevator to ourselves with no stops. Beds were all very comfortable! We could easily walk to beach, restaurants, shops, etc.

We had a wonderful stay in Waikiki Beach. The view from the Airbnb were incredible and hard to top! The space was very inviting and our family of five had room to stretch out and enjoy the outdoor balcony. We were truly blown away by the view of the beach and the direct proximity to reach the water. We highly recommend this place!
