Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Waikoloa Village

Clean, great location, had tons of beach supplies for guests to use! Stayed here with my husband and parents. My parents cannot walk up many stairs so the elevator to the 3rd floor was amazing for us. Location was very convenient close to downtown. We were visiting during January and there was not a sandy beach on Magic Sands Beach due to the tide but we were able to find other beaches. This rental came with everything we needed for our stay and felt like home. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Lynn's Airbnb is a private, quiet space in a semi-rural family neighborhood. It's beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and has a kitchen fully stocked with utensils, towels, gadgets, and everything you'll need to feel comfortable. Lynn provided lovely beach chairs, a fabulous beach umbrella, a cooler, and cheerful beach towels for us to use. I really enjoyed this space, along with the beautiful patio. Views from Lynn's property are unbeatable! The neighborhood is quiet, lush, and green. It's a welcome space away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Kona, but amazingly close if you want to go anywhere downtown. I also appreciated the fast, reliable WIFI. Lynn is also a very professional host who is proactive, responsive, welcoming, and very gracious. I highly recommend Lynn and this Airbnb, and would stay here again if I have the opportunity. Beautiful and clean Airbnb. Close to town and a perfect home base to explore the island. Everything you need is available at this cute and cozy place. We would definitely stay here again. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and it feels like home with the amenities available and personal contact from our hosts.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was so spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. We loved watching the horses from the lanai and having Buddy the dog greet us everyday when we arrived back. We felt like we had the best spot on the island to watch the sunset. The sounds of the coqui frogs at sunset was absolutely amazing and so relaxing to fall asleep to. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped for self catering and it was really helpful having some things in the cupboards like spices, oil, syrup, etc. We were so sorry when it was time for us to leave!

This was an amazing stay for my honeymoon. The shower had a nice rock theme. The room felt very clean and has a closet with ample storage space. It has a microwave, fridge, and oven with burners, which were all nice to have during our stay. The road is a little rough to get to the house, but was not an issue. The location is pretty good, though except for a large convenience store down the road, most places you'd want to go are going to be 15-20 minutes away which adds up for a long stay. For the price I am incredibly happy with this airbnb. My one complaint is the host has a dog that enjoys barking with neighboring dogs around sunrise.

This listing far exceeded our expectations and the attention to detail of everything a guest may need was provided. The views from the private balcony were top notch and the BnB as a whole is serene and beautiful. We loved how we were able to drive to every coast of the island in less than 2 hours! In 10 days we saw every nook and cranny due to the central location of this listing!! You'd be making a huge mistake to pass this AirBnB opportunity up!!!!

This space was very cool with amazing views of the ocean. The space was very clean. We ran out of propane for the hot water and the host replied immediately and replaced the empty tanks without hesitation, very attentive and reachable. It was a pleasure staying here. I recommend this space to anyone visiting the big island!

We had an amazing time at Nurul’s place! It was one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed at, everything was pristine with top of the line furnishings and appliances. They thought of everything from local recommendations to beach gear. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend this place! We only stayed a couple nights due to it nearly being fully booked. I can see why as the furnishings are top notch. The dining room table is beautiful! The beds are very comfortable. Very clean. They even had soft Kleenex and toilet paper along with nice towels in bathroom. You just don’t find that everywhere. The comforter in the closet made the bed extra cozy. Debi, the caretaker, was so sweet and informative and helped make my son’s 30th birthday something to remember! We enjoyed talking to her but she will also give you your space, if needed. Jenne is great at responding quickly. She even let us drop off my husband’s golf clubs early so we would be more comfortable in the car. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely charming home, we felt a great vibe and energy as soon as we arrived. My mother started to cook as soon as she saw the kitchen as she loved everything about it. The sunset is really the highlight of the day if you are staying here. There is lots of indoor and outdoor room for a family of 3 or 4 Would recommend again Aloha

We are a couple and stayed for two weeks in February. We loved the house. The lanai is so comfortable with gorgeous sunsets every night. We also appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was with everything we needed (and good knives!). And we appreciated the beach gear. Great beach umbrella! Cheryl was very responsive whenever we needed something or had a question. The location is great for exploring the west coast north and south. It’s a short drive to town and grocery stores/ restaurants. Be aware that there are no shops/ convenience stores or cafes within walking distance. A great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Great classic Hawaiian place, all wood and screen windows open to the breezes. Furnishings are simple but comfortable, you have all you need and the house is well stocked. Beautiful plants and flowers all around the house help with privacy. Close to Kawaihae, but you'll do a lot of driving because the Big Island is just big!

We enjoyed our stay at Susan's place. It was very clean, kitchen was well equipped with new appliances including a dishwasher. A few steps away is a room with washer and dryer which made it easy to travel with only a carry on. There is a gas grill on the deck if you'd like to barbecue. The house is a bit south of the center of Kailua Kona which makes it more quiet at night. It's directly across from Magic Sands Beach and there's another larger beach with more sandy area about a mile to the south. A few minutes drive to the south is the Keauhou shopping center with a KTA supermarket, with very friendly employees. If you drive further south, stop at the South Kona Fruit Stand, with an ever changing assortment of fruits that we can't get here in the Northeast. We'll definitely consider staying here again next time we come back to Hawaii island.

This condo was just as described and pictured. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the extra space. It was just hubby and I on this trip. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked. The cabinet on lanai has a great supply of everything you would need for the beach. Even coolers and plenty of ice in the refrigerator. Nice to have air conditioning as needed. This condo comes with a parking spot right by the stairs. If you do have mobility issues, the stair climb could be challenging. Condo is located on the 2nd level. There are 4 sections of stairs. We enjoyed sunsets across the road at Magic Sands beach, and relaxed in the hot tub at the pool area. Pamela was awesome to communicate with us. We would stay here again. Mahalo to Pam for making our 1st trip to the Big Island one that we’ll remember.

Julianne is a great host. Very responsive, gave recommendations. I felt that if I needed something she would be there to help. Her place has all the amenities you could want. Lots of bath/beach towels, utensils, appliances, dishes, pots/pans etc. There were boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkels/masks/fins and an umbrella as well. The location is 4 minutes from Kahalu'u beach which is great for snorkeling. Five minutes from Kona/shopping/restaurants. The little beach across the street was nice for watching the sunset. Pool was great with lots of chairs/lounges. Hot tub wasn't always hot. The vacant lot that the condo overlooks was great for me as I am a bird watcher and there was no shortage of parakeets, and other Hawaiian birds. There are roosters though that start vocalizing at 4:30am so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Beds were soft and comfy and the sofa with chaise in the living room was great for evenings.

Brenda's condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, quiet, had all the cooking appliances, utensils etc needed, free parking, a lovely deck and a closet full of beach stuff (chairs, flippers, snorkels, umbrellas etc). They have lots of linens, towels and beach towels as well. The night time lights in the pool area were very pretty to watch, and the sound of the ocean was wonderful. It was in walking distance to a few small stores, beaches etc, but not really to the main section with restaurants, costco, souvenirs etc. This was not a problem since we had a car. I would suggest renting a car if you want to see the sights of the Big Island. Brenda allowed us a late checkout and was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

We just love the location. Nice view of the ocean and beach and we love the pool and hot tub too. Great 55+ community that meets every night to watch sunset. Easy Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Marc is very responsive and friendly.

Everything was perfect with our stay. The local community at this resort is really special. Warm, inviting, and fun for everyone. We especially love sunset and the salt ocean side pool.

We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to rent again from Marco. The condo was well equipped for cooking and relaxing. There were only two of us so we couldn't comment on the sleeper sofa. The washer and dryer were convenient and worked well. Marco always responded quickly to our questions and concerns. The views out to the pool and shore were excellent.

Beautiful condo. Walkable and very close to the beach walk and shops and restaurants. We were impressed with all the amenities that the condo provided. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
