Beach apartment holiday rentals in Wailea, Wailea-Makena

This place is exactly what you would’ve hoped for and more! Literal steps from the beach, excellent sunset views every night and all amenities you could ask for. All of this made this stay extremely comfortable and felt like home, but in paradise! Book this place, I promise won’t regret it!

A great, little condo! We loved being able to see the ocean all the time, it has everything you need (except kleenex). We would definitely stay again!

We had stayed in the area a few years ago. This condo and complex is an upgrade. On the water; beautiful sunsets; local beach next door offering snorkeling and paddle boarding. Rooftop BBQ and views was a plus. The ocean view when you walk in the door and while spending time on the patio - well worth the cost. Very nice place.

It was a great experience overall with a nearby drive from the airport. The only downside would be the rocky beach settings. Complete bummer because it was so accessible! Overall great experience seeing the green sea turtles and whales playing in the mornings. Would definitely rent out again.

We stayed here for the first part of our trip to Maui. It was conveniently located to all the major activities. It was well stocked with beach items (chairs, coolers, boogie boards, extra reef safe sunscreen). Communication with Andrew was easy. We’d stay here again!

This place was perfect. Being on the ground floor It’s close to the pool, close to the bbq, close to your parking spot and short walk to the beach. Christie was an amazing host and easy to communicate with. We’ve been to Maui several times and this by far has the best shower! It has plenty of beach chairs, a wagon which came in super handy, pool noodles and so much more. I would definitely recommend this place!

The perfect spot to stay for an adventure filled Maui vacation. It is centrally located on the island where there are multiple food trucks, restaurants, and a grocery store in walking distance. The place is at an intersection of 2 somewhat busy streets but the street traffic was not heard inside. The apartment owner has a big map of Maui hanging up with about 20 suggested locations to visit which we found to be very useful as we did a 5-day self-guided tour of the island. I would stay here again for future Maui vacations.

Typically, each time I do an Airbnb (anywhere), I'm nervous until I arrive. In this case, I was at ease before I even arrived. The arrival descriptions were so detailed, I was confident I had made a good choice, and I was right. The place was even better than described. Everything was sparkling clean and included everything I needed to feel right at home. For me it is the little things that matter, a great light next to the bed, a nicer than basic coffee maker along with all the kitchen basics, a comfy bed that is both soft and firm enough, plenty of linens, plus all the beach stuff you could need: chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, a mini cooler, ice packs, etc. The location was phenomenal, across the street from a beautiful beach, you can watch the sunset from the balcony (yes, you can see power wires, but it was ok for me). Great places to eat within walking distance. Separate AC units in the bedroom and living room were sufficient. I would highly recommend.

This Airbnb was very nice and cozy—just what I needed for a little getaway. It had everything I needed, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. A great spot to unwind and recharge. I’d definitely come back!

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

Great condo in a great location in Kihei, well stocked with many eclectic things you may need during your stay. Beds were comfortable and the living room was spacious. Convenient parking nearby and great ocean views.

Very lovely condo. Pictures and details in listing were accurate. Location was not far from other popular attractions in Maui. Hosts were always very responsive and provided helpful information for the area.

This was a beautiful Airbnb with a view of the beach right off the patio, a quite beach just out the door and several great restaurants within walking distance. The central location on the island was very convenient as well if you plan to tour all of Maui. Would highly recommend if you plan to visit Hawaii!

Great condo in a wonderful location! The condo was even more attractive than the photos led me to believe. My kids and I were thrilled. There was a large lawn heading toward the beach and we had fun playing some sunset volleyball and walking along the beach. The kitchen was spotless and very well-equipped. Lots of thoughtful details including a lighted makeup mirror and desk as well as another desk in one bedroom in case you need some work space. Aaron was responsive and helpful and provided very clear instructions. Would definitely recommend this to others and would stay here again in a heartbeat. TIP for People with Kids: Ask at the front desk if they have any donated pool toys and the very friendly staff will likely be able to loan you something! Thanks Aaron and team!

The location was absolutely stunning and incredibly convenient, making our first family trip to Hawaii unforgettable. Dane was amazing—so responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, which made everything run smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for making our Hawaiian getaway so special!

Barbara was wonderful. Gave good instructions on how to enter the property. There are elevators, so don’t feel you have to lug your luggage up three flights like we did. BE SURE your rental can clear six feet to enter the parking structure. Any issues were met with prompt solutions, many times going above what was expected. The view from the condo was incredible!! We chose to stay in the second room as we could see sunrise WHILE LAYING IN BED!! You WILL view sea turtles just off the lanai every single day, especially during high tide. Two couples can stay comfortably, however, there is only one stand up shower (other is a tub/shower without doors). Bedrooms are right next to each other & second bedroom closes off as a room with an accordian wall. The list of recommendations were on point & we found ourselves going to Cafe Ole every chance we had. The plantation around Cafe Ole was beautiful. Great spot to walk around, eat, and shop for gifts and local food. We highly recommend.

Our stay was perfect! The location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach and close to great local spots. The sunset views were breathtaking, and the amenities made for a truly relaxing getaway. The host was so thoughtful, providing beach essentials that came in super handy. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew’s place in Kihei. The views from the lanai are unbeatable and the proximity to the beach along with the included beach accessories were fantastic. Perfect location for exploring other parts of Maui. The unit is spacious, A/C worked great and bed was really comfortable. We would love to come back in the future!

Ashley was so easy to communicate with and we loved her place. Very comfortable and clean. We had a little difficulty finding the place but that may be human error based on the navigation app. Great location and everything is so close by.
