Villa holiday rentals in Wairarapa

La Rocque Cottage in Martinborough is a lovely villa hosted by Megan, who was very friendly and responsive. The house itself was a good size for three adults and a puppy, plus it was clean, comfortable, and easy to heat on a chilly day. The propery is also fully fenced, which was great for our puppy. We had a lovely weekend away and recommend La Rocque Cottage for your next weekend away in Martinborough!

We loved our stay here! Superb location - easy walk down to the beach in one direction, or into Petone town in the other direction. The cottage felt like home straight away and the backyard space was great. Easy 15-20 minute drive into Wellington CBD as well!

What a beautiful home, great spot for an overnight stay with some colleagues who had flown in from around the country. Comfortable beds and had a much needed restful sleep.

Great location, handy to Botanic Gardens, local shops, central city and great access to motorway out of town and to airport. Drive on access with parking was very helpful. Sunny in the mornings and good heating when the weather turned cold. Kitchen very well supplied with everything that you need.

Nessa and Stefan were the besthosts! They made us feel welcome, comfortable as soon as we arrived. We actually took up an offer to stay in their beautiful home in Belmont as the Boulcott home was given to a couple who booked and needed to extend their stay. I highly recommend a stay with them or in their Boulcott property as they go out of their way to provide the perfect stay in immaculate and comfortable surroundings. Stefan’s coffee and home made honey and breakfast cereals were exceptional! A 10/10 stay with 10/10 hosts! Thank you for your hospitality and friendly conversations. All the best.

Truly a beautiful home and the gardens are stunning. Ana’s home has absolutely everything you could want and so many lovely spaces inside and out to sit and soak in the sunshine. It is full of style but in a very relaxed and easy way that makes it so warm and inviting. Not only is the home gorgeous but Ana is the loveliest host and a wonderful communicator. The home instructions are perfect and very easy to follow. I would return again tomorrow if I could. Thank you so much to Ana and her family for having us! It felt like a second home for us and we were very sad to leave.

Wow! What can I say... This house is absolutely beautiful. The interior design is stunning. We felt privileged to be there. The location is unbeatable. Right in the centre of Hastings but on a quiet residential street. The host, Mark, was great to communicate with and made everything so easy. Can't recommend high enough. Doubt you'll find a better Airbnb.

What an incredible place! Amazing views, awesome section and bring your bikes, our kids biked around the place all the time. Three sides of the house have rain cover so even when raining there was great indoor outdoor flow. The house itself is massive, lots of space for lots of people and quiet bedrooms. My favourite was the brazier that you could sit and enjoy in the sun or rain with an beautiful scene behind it. Perfect

Amazing Amazing and Amazing! To wake up to this view was out of this world! Then having the awesome access to the beach. Everything you require is at the house….may be a little more expensive than some of the other Kapiti properties. But it is worth every penny! Thanks Julie and Kelly (the very helpful site Manager)

Craig and Kylie were excellent hosts, and their home was a wonderful place for our family of four to enjoy for a couple weeks. The location was peaceful yet everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery, cafes, library, park, beach, shops, and more). The beds and lounge areas were very comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. Our favorite part about the house was the giant sliding glass wall that opens up completely to the backyard!

We had an amazing family holiday - we were there for 3 1/2 days and ended up spending 2 of them at the property playing tennis, in the pool, playing board games and chilling out. The massive kitchen (with 2 ovens), BBQ and the butlers pantry meant catering for a family of 10 foodies was super enjoyable. There's a 2nd fridge/freezer in the laundry for food overflow and drinks. So many nooks for people to take themselves off to, and loads of communal spaces big enough for all of us to congregate. It was perfect for what we wanted. Communication with the Taylors team was excellent. We'll definitely be back.

Such a beautiful, peaceful getaway surrounded by animals and the trees. Nigel, his partner and the dogs were so friendly and accomodating. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

We loved our stay here! The place was beautiful and the backyard was incredible with big beautiful trees for privacy as well as a great pool and tennis court. The house is well spread out for a big group and Angela’s communication was perfect. Will definitely be recommending to others :)

Like Philippa stated when villa finishes renovation it definitely looks grand and posh. But still loved interiors tastefully decorated furniture and personal touches. All of us enjoyed something different than normal air b&b experience. Thanks
