Molly was a great host. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Great recommendation from Molly about The Old Horns Pub, lovely ambience and great food!!

We were looking for somewhere to stay near Hebden Bridge to explore the local area and I'm so glad we found this place. The cottage is beautifully decorated and full of character and the surroundings are just superb. I hadn't heard of Luddenham /Luddenhamfoot before. Beautiful quirky place. Percect if you like hills! We didn't find parking a problem as there was always a space on the road nearby.

The house was in a great location, close to shops, pubs and the canal. We always managed to get a parking space close by. We enjoyed our stay, designed to catch up with extended family from Yorkshire and Manchester. Beds were very comfortable and it was lovely and quiet, so a great night's sleep. The dog loved his morning walks by the canal. We had lovely meals at Stubbing Wharf and The White Lion Inn.

Bethan was really great before we even arrived reaching out and offering us both earlier check in and later departure, which were both hugely appreciated. The house was great. The bedrooms are all really spacious and comfy. The living room was really cosy with an open fireplace. Secure garden to let the dogs have a wee. The kitchen was well equipped and clean and the bathroom was really lovely too with a free standing bath. The house was just everything we could have asked for and more, and Bethan was really easy to reach, responsive and understanding when I broke a glass washing up. Penistone has all the amenities you could want, pubs, cafes, bars, takeaways, and a few options for groceries including a big Tesco all within walking distance of the house. On top of that, incredible moorland and woodland was just a short trip away so what more could you want?

Lovely cottage, immaculately clean. Log burner was fantastic and kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. Bedrooms beautifully furnished and beds very comfortable. Lots of extras such as a nesspresso coffee maker and biscuits and sweets galore. Would definitely stay again

The house had everything we needed with some great extra touches like milk in the fridge and dog treats and water bowl out for our dog! Very close walking distance in to York city centre and all it has to offer. Would recommend for a city break to York and we will be back - thank you!

As always cottage, was beautifully clean and prepared for us and our dog. As we ate in this time were impressed that all the utensils needed were there, hosts were as attentive and welcoming as always. Highly recommend the cottage and will definitely be returning.

Shelduck Cottage was the perfect cosy getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the cottage's character and the fantastic views. It truly felt like a home away from home. The facilities were excellent, and we especially loved the fun touch of the decorative ducks in every room – such a unique and delightful detail! Angela was a wonderful host; communication was quick and easy, and she was incredibly responsive when we encountered a small issue, resolving it swiftly and efficiently. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Shelduck Cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Extremely well equipped and comfortable accommodation, and arriving after a long journey, the lovely basket of goodies was a great surprise and so welcoming. Paul loved his card too!! The accommodation has everything you could possibly need and is easy walking distance to Holmfirth. Hot tub was a bonus too. The views were so lovely - we were so lucky to have blue sky, sunshine and lovely crisp snow which made the views even more amazing. Our grandchildren hadnt seen 'proper' snow before and they absolutely loved it - so special to see their faces! We came home to bungalow on Saturday late afternoon to find there was no heating or hot water, although it was lovely and cosy when we left at lunchtime. Angela and her husband were very easy to contact and they arranged for a lovely plumber who arrived and sorted the problem very swiftly for which we were extremely grateful. We had an amazing family weekend in a beautiful cosy home. Thank you Angela for everything - we loved it!

All I can say about Teal cottage is that we did not want to leave! The cottage itself is beautiful and in the most gorgeous little village surrounded by beautiful walking destinations, would highly recommend staying here! Angela thank you so much for letting us stay here we loved it and the personal touches were amazing too !

Amazing stay at Steven’s farm with my son. The cottage/apartment had everything you could possibly need, was spotless clean and cosy. The pool was also spotless and nice and warm. We had a great time, just wish we stayed longer! Will definitely be back to try out the other accommodations on site!

Lovely property at Eider Cottage - photos probably dont do it justice. Great location to head out to some of the walks up at Holme. Little bit hard to find but that adds to the charm of the village.

We had a fantastic time and the bedrooms were perfect for the mix of children and adults that were part of our group. The welcome basket was a really special touch and we loved hunting around the house for our names on the ducks! The surroundings were beautiful and lots of walks and reservoirs a short drive away. The host was really responsive even after our trip when we realised we left something behind. Thank you for a great trip

Lucy's place was just as advertised. It was spotless and very comfortable. The little touches like tea, coffee, washing up liquid and toiletries were very useful. We had a great stay in Haworth. The house was very cosy and comfortable and well equipped for cooking. It was lovely and warm and the bedroom was comfortable and quiet. There was private parking but also street parking. The house was extremely convenient for all of the many attractions of the town and the little high street, church and parsonage are beautiful. There are several famous Brontë walks that can be done straight from the house. No need to drive anywhere really. It is a friendly place with some lovely little pubs and shops.

This was a great place for a family get together. Most of the group arrived by train, Hope station is only 20 minutes walk away. We enjoyed the open plan kitchen, living and dining areas. The kitchen was excellently equipped for all our home cooking. On 2 of the days our hikes started straight from the house. The other day we drove the short distance to Castleton to start our hike up to Mam Tor. It was exceedingly windy and chilly while we were there so it was a treat to come back to the hot tub. The local small shops are only 5 minutes away and it was fun 'chatting' to the local free roaming chickens on our way! We would definitely recommend this place for a family holiday and we hope to be back. Thank you.

Our stay was lovely. Property was beautiful perfect location for our plans and the communication before and after was great. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We just had a wonderful weekend at the Bunny Hut. Everything was perfect. The hut is really cute and cosy with everything you need, and we also made the most of the fire pit outside. The views are incredible, and the place is really peaceful and relaxing. Lots of fantastic walks in the area as well. Excellent communication with the host, who was always helpful and quick to reply. We were sad to leave and would absolutely come back again.

Great property in a fantastic location, close to Poynton and within walking distance of several trails. Kate was a fantastic host and we will be looking to stay here again.
