Had a lovely 4 day stay at Napa’s place. The whole place is like stepping back in time. Really savoured mornings on the outdoor deck. Only a 10 minute walk to the MRT station. So lovely spending time in a locals only neighbourhood

Was only there one night - but a Great stay Comfortable enough Be aware there is an in-house cleaner who stays on top level

It was a good place for a large family to stay near the airport.

Wonderful place to stay surrounded by a tropical garden with very warm hosts. An oasis in the middle of the big city. Pure relaxation after an exciting day in Bangkok. Absolutely recommended.

This is a four-story villa, the whole house has air conditioning in every area, the quality of the decoration is great, clean and hygienic,.A taxi is required to get out and the nearest light rail station takes more than 30 minutes by foot.

the host and maid made sure we got settled in with some good advice about what to do on our stay. Apartment is lovely and spacious and modern. everything works well. sleeps 10 comfortably. would definitely recommend.

Thailand Airbnb is no problem at all!!!! If you're coming with a family, I definitely recommend B&B! It's not soundproofed a bit, but if you come as a family, it's understandable. There are also many restaurants around the accommodation, so I hope you can stop by!! J This is an accommodation that satisfies itself.

Best air bnb i have stayed in Bangkok so far. The host is so responsive and helpful. The place is neat and tidy as described. Bedrooms are spacious. My favorite parts are bathrooms and message chair.

Location is excellent if you are traveling in a group of adults, if you are with children this might not be a good location. I have a group of kids age 4 to 8 years old so travelling out from a home must call grab, walking with kids to train almost impossible. After all, this is a nice place. Will book again with no kids on our next trip

The house is clean and tide, located in a peaceful neighborhood, can walk to 7-11 nearby. Ballon is a warm-harted host who helps us to find the lost items and give them back to us.

This place is wonderful. Right next to the train station. If you want food their is a nice mall and outside food market only 5 min walk away. The house is described perfectly. I am actually going to extend my stay for another two weeks.

The little studio was perfect! It had everything needed, the room was big enough for two people and the bathroom was very clean. The whole studio was held pretty modern. It is local there and you can get to the MRT pretty fast, a two minutes walk. Even though we were on the groundfloor we didn't had many insects (maybe one two) and the room is pretty good isolated so even if you shut off the aircon, the cold will nearly stay for a whole day and it is also very sound proof. All in all a beautiful gem in the busy world of bangkok! I can recommend this studio to everyone, would come back to this anytime!

The location initially gives you a jolt being in a very down to earth location but which is a 350 yo community close knit friendly clean and bustling around the concepion church and beautiful statue. Once you get to PK’s place you realize what a marvelous piece of heaven he has carved out here and true to his creative spirit designed and maintained it beautifully. I was with friends traveling from around the world who lived and enjoyed the best of the best places and PK’s place with its gorgeous views literally on the water makes for phenomenal coffees and breakfasts ( Grab makes it so easy ) and outstanding sunsets and gorgeous evening lights and parties . Loved the place and really enjoyed our stay Thanks PK for being so responsive and thoughtful in all the little details you provided at check in

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

Very nice house with an interesting layout. Easy and convenient entry and exit, all rooms have air conditioners. The metro is within walking distance.

had a great stay during our business trip in thailand, full of amenities and all amenities and facilities are in good conditions. the location is around 5 minutes walk to nearest bts station, on nut. which connected to shopping places, so it's easy to find something you need especially food. host also really ensure our stay is comfortable and always responsive. overall enjoy our stay especially the massage chair.

Ohm and his entire team are great hosts. A lady named janejah as contact.The house is a beautiful and authentic canal house, everything very neat and clean. A bit noisy but not too bad. Ohm himself is personally very busy trying to preserve Thon Buri, the birthplace of the original Bangkok. The disrepair of the original canal house is unfortunately clearly visible. if there is no financial support for the recovery of the neighborhood and the houses, it will probably disappear completely in about 10 years. And that would be sad because not only the canal houses will have disappeared, but a large part of Bangkok's history. In other words, the origins of the real Bangkok are then gone. The area around the house is full of small alleys and streets where people live who enjoy having a chat with you. The tour boats can be experienced as a nuisance because they often rush past at high speed. The large water monitors are almost constantly visible somewhere. We loved it. Femmie &John

A memorable opportunity to stay right on the canal in Bangkok. The house is so interesting, like a journey back in time. You must understand that the long tail boats are very loud from about 7am-7pm and this is the trade off for being on the canal. If you do not do well with noise during the day, this is not the place for you. The ac in the rooms is great, the common areas are not air conditioned but this is a place to use the outdoor space as the common area, it is special. If you are ok with that then the house, the hospitality, the breakfast, the overall charm of the location on the canal will make for a great stay.
