Very friendly hosts and agreeable to our early check in, rushed cleaning to allow us to stay. Very worth for the price. Amenities wise had games like connect 4 and poker cards! TV also had pre signed in youtube and netflix accounts👍

Such a great place for the family and friends. Very rare for this type of place in Bangkok. Front yard is really relaxing after a day exploring the city. The mattresses are super comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Great for long stay. Sometimes we are tired of eating out everyday so this place is perfect fit for us. Will definitely come back again when we are in the are.

Michael’s home was a beautiful place! Very clean house with all the amenities you could need for a short or long stay. The area was free of noise and bustle of the main areas but still very short travels to local attractions and restaurants. We booked last minute and they still had everything set up for us upon arrival! Highly recommend for any big groups that are looking for a great place to stay!

This place is a great place for family and friends. The area is private and safe. The host always be so helpful and responsive, reply time almost instantly. But there’s a few things you need to keep in mind: 1. Wifi pretty bad or can’t even reach the master bedroom 2. There’s few outlet you can use , no outlet at the headboard. If you need to charge your phone you will have to get up and charge it ( master bedroom) 3. No dryer machine ( I don’t know if this is common in Thailand) but if you stay for a long period of time then this will be inconvenienced. Other than that I would 100% recommended this place! 10/10 experience.

The house is big and clean, the set up is comfortable, it matches the pictures, the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, it is perfect for a family to spend a vacation together or a short rental The only downside is that there are too many mosquitoes in Thailand as the light source often causes small flying insects to run inside the house P.s would have been better if indoor slippers were provided as well as mosquito repellent at the door.

Fantastic stay and lovely place for big families and local families as well. We are 16ppl. 2 main bedrooms and bathrooms are stunning😍. Host is responsive and proactive providing solution. When we found there is shampoo and soap, they asked helper to deliver to us promptly! Extremely responsive. With plenty of parking space, no Located in the Thonglo area which near the heart of Bangkok, outside with plenty of good food and cafe that also suggested by KOL. Just 1-2 mins walk already with a Large BigC supermarket which is super convenient! The cinema room is an extra but one thing need to improve is the quality of the projector, then it will be 120% . Great stay for our large group. Yes, while the walk to the public transit can be a bit far (very do-able!), the boat ferry (Khlong Saen Saep) is barely a 5 min walk away and you take it one stop to the MRT. Housekeeping was there every morning cleaning the common areas. Everyone loved the pool. I do wish we had separate pool towels vs bath towels - BUT when I asked for an iron or steamer they brought one immediately so I'm sure we could have asked for them! Great stay for a large group.

We spent 3 days in this villa and can say that this is one of the best villas I have lived in. The photos and videos in the listing do not convey the beauty that is there at all. The smallest details are thought out. Great appliances, lots of entertainment, everything is clean. You can order coffee in the morning, the staff brings. Pool, sauna, grill, rooftop lounge In general, this is just a TOP 👍

We enjoyed our week stay at Jians place. It was in an ideal location for our needs while in Bangkok. Very close to Yanhee hospital, MRT Blue Line, 7/11 stores etc. Bang O is not a busy touristy area either. The swimming pool and arcade game station were fantastic features for our kids and the rooms spacious and beds comfortable. There's 4 separate bedrooms, 1 downstairs and 3 upstairs and a media room downstairs. Also an outdoor seating area with a Feng Shui water feature. The facilities are kept clean and tidy, by a friendly Thai housekeeper. There's limited kitchen facilities, but doesnt matter so much as theres plenty of local eateries and Grab app options. Would stay here again next time we're in Bangkok.
