We enjoyed our stay. The place was spotless and clean. It was in a great location to drive to local restaurants and get downtown. Would stay here again!

Awesome place! Glad we were able to stay here. Very homy and comfortable with a great view of the lake. Enjoyed having coffee with a great view in the mornings. Would definitely come back!!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is spacious and was a very comfortable space so we felt right at home. It was a daily must for our kids to go outside and see the farm animals such as chickens, ducks, rooster, hog, and baby cow to name a few. It had a great country feel but was close to town so you could still get anything you wanted or needed. The host was very nice and welcoming to our family and made sure we were enjoying our stay.

From the moment I inquired about the property Michael went above and beyond! The best communication and accommodating host I have ever dealt with. The home was clean, cozy and had everything you could possibly need. Extra supplies, toiletries, snacks upon arrival! Five stars without a doubt! Hands down did not disappoint! I appreciated his willingness to work around my daughter’s soccer schedule. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. If we are ever in this area again I will without a doubt stay here! So many options as well restaurants, coffee, grocery store, you name it! Our personal favorite restaurant was Grindstone on the Monon! Again, Michael hands down went above and beyond for my family!

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for our family. Susan was very proactive, and had a solution for a potential problem before we were even aware of it!

This home was very beautiful! Clean, up to date amenities, the house was exactly as the listing described. SO close to the Indiana State Fair Grounds....you def could walk there, but we opted to drive still, but it is seriously probably a 10 min walk to the fair grounds. They have everything you could want already there, and more....shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, plates, cups, utensils, soaps, trash bags, hair dryers, etc......SO MUCH!! I know other reviews talked about the living room chairs not being super comfy, and they really aren't, BUT I knew that when I rented and we were ok with that, we would stay here again for sure!

Josh and Nicole were fantastic hosts! Their place was clean and exactly as pictured. The hot tub was our main reason for selecting this property. The hot tub was well maintained and easy to access. No complaints! We will definitely plan to stay again for our next trip on the area.

This property was great for our family of 5. The street was quiet and great for running or walking with the kids. We were close to an amazing park, great restaurants, and 10 mins from Purdue. The hot water didn’t work when we arrived, so check that first and message the host. It’s a family run home, and Jessica is as very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. There were an abundance of towels and blankets and a few extra toiletries to make us more comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay.
