Lovely family home on the golf course near Saarbrücken

Our feel-good house with terrace and garden is located in a well-kept residential area with direct access to the circular path around the golf course, the forest , as well as a very well-developed bicycle network. Golf Restaurant is about 300 m away . Saargemünd , the German border with many shopping facilities and , as well as Saarlandtherme, can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. As soon, Strasbourg and Luxembourg Paris are also easily accessible in 1-2 hours.

Public transportation can be reached in 2 minutes on foot For wine lovers, several wineries/ostrich farms can be reached on foot within minutes. Hiking and cycling tours can be started wonderfully from here, as the extensive "vineyards" start only 150m from the house.

Vacation in our listed, 400 years old house, which convinces with its mix of old and new. Old wooden floors, beams, sandstone and modern furnishings give the house its own charm. It sleeps 11! 2 bathrooms (since the open upper area was criticized by 2 guests, the bathroom upstairs is now delimited with a curtain! ) 100 sqm open living area with kitchen, dining room and living room(fireplace)!
