Amazing location, amazing place. Liselle is such a great host, friendly, and very helpful with suggestions on restuarants and what you can around the area. We really enjoyed our time, from time spent in the beautiful spacious kitchen, playing board and family games downstairs, the swimming pool (even though the weather was not great), to sleeping in comfortable beds with clean linen. I would 11/10 recommend this to anyone looking to visit Mpumalanga, specifically White River.

We had a lovely family weekend in the Kruger Park Lodge and Heeten's place makes one feel right at home! The Hippo hide and hiking trails are perfect if you love nature and the boys enjoyed some golf! It's nice and close to shops and the swimming pool is right around the corner! Its also only a short 10min drive and you're in the majestic Kruger Park! Heeten is a great host and would definitely recommend! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon!

We stayed in the house for two nights. A farmer's house in a quiet quiet place,surrounded by nature. A huge kitchen/hallway area, which does not create a feeling of coziness. The kitchen looks older than in the photos,a lot of empty space. A wonderful braai area and the possibility of dining on the street. We were surprised by the lack of salt/pepper/oil in the kitchen,usually in all houses is always provided,which is very convenient when staying for 2-3 nights. Bedrooms is spacious and clean. Thank you for your help in organizing the Safari at Sabi Park,thank you for your prompt response to requests and questions. Nice house with nice hosts.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cambalala, Kruger Park Lodge and wished we could’ve stayed longer. It had everything we needed, the decor was beautiful, we really appreciated the daily service/ clean and the staff at the lodge were really helpful. Such a great base for day trips into Kruger. Chevon/ Raymond were always helpful and responsive. Can’t wait to go back!

This place is a stunning venue in beautiful surroundings. The spacious rooms were spotless and the kitchen very well equipped. One would need to spend a few days here to really enjoy all it has to offer. We would love to stay here again.

Zain and Maryke took such good care of us, not to mention how spoiled we were with daily cleaning services! We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon runs on all the different farms whilst enjoying the best sunsets. The unit was well equipped and homely with the fireplace and air conditioning. ** for lang term stays** If you’re an overprotective pet parent like we are it is worth noting that Zain has pets of his own (large breed dogs) that occasionally roam free on the property, they are lovely dogs - I am just overprotective. Luckily Zain does have another unit with a private garden/fencing This specific unit is attached to two smaller units which sees quite a lot of traffic, especially over weekends - Zain does have another beautiful unit that offers more privacy.

My family and I loved staying! It truly did feel like home! It was so beautiful and peaceful, the photos really don’t do it enough justice. The staff at the gate are super friendly! I was in communication with Elna, the entire time, and she truly was a Godsend. Definitely will visit again.

It’s not a hotel, it’s a home away from home, peaceful, secluded, but a few kilometres from a mall where you can still shop, if you forgot your summer dress or bathing suit. Not for guests who don’t like dogs, even though they are well mannered☺️lovely accommodation for those looking for peace and serenity and are willing to take daily long drives to explore the hidden gems of Mpumalanga. Stunning ambience at night, beautiful views of the surrounding hills.what you see on the website is what you get. A peaceful get away accommodation for those looking to switch off.

Nicely furnished apartment in peaceful surroundings with parking right in front of the house. Location is convenient to Kruger as well as Panorama route. Kathy and Peter were very responsive. There were 2 power cuts during our 3 days stay. One lasted almost entire night. Peter was king enough to let us use the gas burner in his house.
