Waterfront holiday rentals in Whitstable

Great location right on the beach with access directly from the shared garden (no view of the beach from the apartment). Lovely area with lots of pubs, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance and lots of choice of beaches to walk/run along. The property is only accessible on foot and with quite a lot of stairs but that was clear in the listing (but I would consider how much luggage you need!) and didn’t bother us. A lovely place to stay and I would recommend Broadstairs and the apartment.

Absolutely first class accommodation. Didn't meet the owners as we had everything we needed and our stay was perfect. Had messages to check we were happy with everything and the instrucions fir arrival were easy and clear. The location is fabulous and we enjoyed walks along the coast path and to Westgate for great restaurants. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Would love to stay again on our next visit to our daughter in Margate.

I had an absolutely perfect weekend away at the Well with my husband and our dog. Everything was just amazing: the view, the bed, the armchairs, the selection of teas, and the lovely local products in the bathroom. I especially loved that it was actually warm in the house (I find it’s rare thing in a UK home!). The location is great and very close to all the great cafes and shops (and of course the seafood stall on the beach). Hannah is very responsive and attentive. Would love to come again.

Wonderful Xmas getaway in a lovely clean apartment with an amazing large balcony to enjoy the stunning sea views. All the facilities you could require for a break are provided and even a proper hairdryer not a mini excuse of one! Easy access to a number of lovely walks to Broadstairs, Botany Bay and Margate made this a very memorable trip. Wendy is very attentive and recommended a great selection of local restaurants and cafes. Perfect location, property and host.

Really lovely apartment within short walking distance of the harbour. Well appointed, clean and beautifully decorated with friendly and responsive hosts.

What a lovely Airbnb! It is spacious and very clean; even better than the photos. The bed is really comfortable snd there's a great view of the sea from the living room. Mark sent some useful local recommendations which is always helpful on Airbnb. My son and I stayed for two nights and during our whole day in Margate, we walked along the coast to Broadstairs, which we both enjoyed. Recommended!

Such a wonderful, comfortable, cosy stay! I wish I could have stayed weeks longer just reading all the books while relaxing on the comfortable sofa and watching the sea and sky beautifully changing through the day! The whole flat was very warm, cosy and comfortable and a wonderful place to relax after busy days. It was also immaculately clean and extremely well equipped for cooking, laundry and other practical tasks during a week long stay! My elderly aunt was staying with me and appreciated level easy access to the bathroom from the single bedroom, as well as a variety of heights and types of chairs depending on how the joints were behaving in the sea winds! Thank you for a fantastic stay and I do hope to return in the not too distant future!

This is a stunning place to stay. It looks just like the photos. The view from the sofa and the table is right out to sea. Clean and stylish. Very quick responses to any messages. I can't praise it highly enough

Lovely house in a great location. Deceptively large with nice outside seating area. Walking distance to the beach and many bars and restaurants which are buzzing.

We had a lovely break and would certainly stay here again. The flat is great and the location perfect with the beach, bars and restaurants all very close. Susan and Jo were great hosts, providing us with all the information we needed and being really responsive. Would absolutely recommend.

Sheila’s house feels like a home the moment you step inside. It’s roomy and bright throughout. We all loved the place including the young grandchildren who spent ages in the garden amusing themselves. The kitchen is packed with masses of everything you could think of and as we cook this was brilliant. As all the adults have stressful busy lives this break was so relaxing, just what was needed. As a birder I highly recommend Pegwell reserve for a great walk and great birdwatching. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time in Herne Bay. The house was gorgeous and in an amazing location. It was well equipped with everything you could need and was super clean. Any questions were answered quickly and they were super helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming to herne bay.

This was a last minute booking due to another place nearby falling through. Perfect place for the family to stay over for a weeding nearby at Solton Manor. Went out for dinner at Deal pier which was fantastic and a recommendation, plus breakfast at the goose 2 doors down the road, again excellent. Got 2 cars on the drive, just as its tight but possible, others parked in roads close by which are free, not the road out front. Free EV charge as a bonus too:).Great place and we had basement room as had 7yr old too, wife loved the roll top bath in the room and nice and dark for sleeping. Sofa bed does really restrict getting to the toilet/sink/bath though. Upstairs rooms all good but they suffered slightly from sunlight and/or road noise and had windows open as also quite hot, maybe the alcohol consumed didn't help either:)All in very happy and I will be moving to Walmer/Deal in retirement, see you then x

We're return visotors and Bosun Cottage is always a pleasure to stay at - even in February. Beautiful, homely cottage with lovely beach front walks and great pubs nearby. Highly recommended.

The Coastal Soal is nothing short of amazing, spacious modern apartment with all the amenities you need, impeccably clean and furnished with some amazing decor that adds to the peacefulness, calmness and tranquility. Comes with an unbelievably comfortable bed and very well sized bathroom. Very detailed house booklet to assist in helping you find your way around the apartment and its amenities. The pictures really do not do it justice and it has to be seen to be really appreciated. Mins from some of the local coastlines most stunning walks, and plenty of high standard restaurants and bars nearby. Cannot rate this apartment high enough, simply stunning 🥇

I had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment, which looks exactly like the pictures and is in a very central location. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions for check-in. They also suggested many recommendations regarding local sights. The pop-out balcony is very cute!
