The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Cozy apartment in the old town of Kemptens

A large bedroom and dining room from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom depart. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (via internet only) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with walk-in shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine etc. A parking space is not part of the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for about 10 euros per day.

There is a mini kitchen, as well as an extra bathroom with shower and toilet. Sleeping on a sleeping couch. Parking is right at your doorstep. The holiday apartment is 15 square meters. Kempten is the metropolis in beautiful Allgäu. The light-flooded apartment is located at the northern city centre. St. Lorenz Basilica is a 5-minute walk away. There is also twice a week Mi. and Sa. the beautiful weekly market. Here is also the residence former monastery and today's dish with its beautiful gardens. Welcome to our appartment on Rottachsee in Petersthal. The appartment has two rooms with about 71 sqm. The whole living area is designed with wooden floors .
