Carole is a super superhost. 125 is so much larger than we expected, comfy beds, powerful shower, more than fully equipped kitchen, the garden is beautiful and all the extra thoughtfull touches, very much appreciated and made our stay even better than we expected. John's listing was just as described and well equipped. Clean and quiet, in an easily accessible location close to a Sainsburys for groceries etc. The kitchen has a full size oven, hob and microwave and a washing machine is an added bonus. We stayed just over 2 weeks and a cleaner visited after a week, an added bonus for us. TV is equipped with all channels plus iplayer and Netflix both if which we used. Everything we needed was supplied and we hope to visit again. We met John and he was really easy to communicate with. We highly recommend staying at the Village Studio!

Our stay with Margaret was amazing. She was so flexible with allowing us to drop our bags off early. She allowed us to use her own bathroom and filled our childrens’ water bottles since the previous guests hadn’t yet departed. She was also willing to clean as quickly as she could so we could check in early (we didn’t do that as we had a full Day planned but appreciated her being so accommodating). The space we stayed in was large, clean, and private. She also let me use her washer and dryer to do our laundry since we hadn’t quite packed enough for a two week Holiday and expected we would have to do laundry somewhere on the way. She was available quickly for any issues or queries and I was so happy with our stay. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay in bath. There’s a beautiful walking trail to get to the centre of town as well. Thanks so much for the lovely stay.

The apartment was perfect for a couple visiting Bath, with a double bedroom, bathroom and open plan living and kitchen area. The location is perfect for the city, on a peaceful road a few minutes walk from the centre and with the Royal Crescent just a 2 minute walk away. The extra special bonus was being directly opposite an incredible pub/restaurant called The Chequers serving Michelin food and amazing cocktails, but book ahead if you’re visiting as it’s super popular (always a great sign!). Dan was also super responsive with lots of pre arrival information on best places to enjoy in Bath.

Fantastic place for a couple or single person to explore Bath from. You really feel like a local. The finishing have been done to a high standard and it really feels like things have been thought through for the guests experience. We’d absolutely come back here when staying in Bath again.

We stayed for 2 nights as a group of 6 and the house looked very nice, just like the pictures! The house was fully equipped with more amenities than expected. The entrance was easy to find with clear instructions. The host was responsive and very helpful whenever we had questions. Note that there were several flights of stairs to climb with no lift so please come prepared! We would definitely stay again if we came as part of a group!

The flat is based in a great location with beautiful period features. Amanda was a great host and left us some treats to enjoy including a bottle of wine and cheese. The flat was clean, cozy and warm. The perfect place for a weekend getaway.

The place was clean, smelled amazing and had everything we needed. The host was communicative, offered advise on what to visit and was super nice. Really appreciated how beatiful the flat was and how close to the city centre it is.

We had a lovely stay here over one weekend. The rooms are large and comfortable and the living room area perfect our group of 8. The hot tub is very easy to use and a great way to break up the day. Dana provided some great rocommendations for nearby restaurants and pubs and help with any queries we had.

what a lovely place to stay. safe, secure, spacious and lovely hosts. they are so friendly and could not go further to be of help with anything. Warminster shops are 8min drive away. Longleat safari is 10mins away and the pub at the top of the road, is very friendly. ring before to check how busy they are as we couldn't get food. thank you so much Nick, Liz and Charles

You know when you meet someone for the first time, and she makes you feel like you have known them for years. This is exactly who Sall is. Friendly, welcoming and she will do her best to make you feel at home. Swindon is a quiet place but Sall place is full of life. Thank you Sall for being such an amazing host. I will surely recommend this place for business, holiday, or anything else that may take people to Swindon.

I absolutely loved staying at Charlotte's property, it was beautifully decorated, with a lovely large kitchen and living room. Everything was helpfully labelled so we easily found everything we needed and the little extras in the fridge were a lovely surprise! The garden was beautiful with little surprises around every corner! we loved the hot tub and changing room and it was so private, completely unseen from any neighbours. A fabulous place to stay and I would definitely recommend it. On my next visit to Bath, this will be my first choice of places to stay. Thank you Charlotte, we had a fabulous weekend 😊

Fabulous location, stylishly decorated and fuss free check in. Easy walking distance to all attractions yet really peaceful. The hot tub was a bonus and the courtyard garden was lovely and quiet. We didn’t have any need to contact the host as the property had everything we wanted and the information was really clear. Would highly recommend!

Quality furnishings and super warm welcoming vibe to the apartment. My partner and I felt at home and relaxed during our stay. The only tiny thing would be we struggled to eat meals as there’s no table and chairs in the apartment. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely beautiful place. Tony and Rosemary provided everything we needed for a long weekend relaxing stay. Their communication was excellent and they were always on hand to answer questions. I loved having a hot tub, which made the value great. The area was very peaceful and private, and in easy driving distance of lots of local attractions. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Just had a wonderful long weekend at Jo’s place. It’s in a picturesque part of Bath with lots of beautiful walks and views. She also has a fabulous hot tub to enjoy under the stars! Be careful if this is a romantic visit with a new partner because the toilet and bed are quite close together so things get intimate fast! But also wonderfully comfortable and such a fantastic shower! Love this place and would absolutely stay again
