Modern Family Farm

County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Troika Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is an upstairs unit above the garage and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

Get away from the crowds. Set back off the road but close to the beach which is very quiet and beautiful. Great views all round with the ocean, mountains and meadows with cows quietly grazing. Very calming. especially in the hot tub. Close to the the well stocked local store. You’ll love the house because of the outdoors space, beautiful gardens and the cool, clean ocean weather.
