This unique holiday home, with a decking area of the wirral waterfront has a style all of its own! + free parking( if reserved ) please note, there are steps down to the property, (as we are situated on a road with a hill) the steps take you down to a beautiful view from the garden decking ,and then on to our very stylish lower apartment , cruise ships and other vessels sailing along , which can be seen clearly ,a very relaxing place to stay while you enjoy sitting on the decking area.!

Davies Cottage, cosy, comfortable base

A perfect base for exploring the North Wales Coast. A cosy and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. It has wifi, good quality beds and bedding and a full bathroom, with lots of towels! The Point of Ayr Nature reserve is 5 minutes away, Talacre sand dunes and lighthouse, then Prestatyn further along the coast. Ffynnongroew was a mining village, with 2 pubs a few minutes walk away, along with a take away, Post Office and small convenience store. DOGS ALLOWED, NO CATS.

Enjoy a stay in our spacious family home right on the promenade along Hoylake beach. The house faces the beach and benefits from stunning sea and sunset views. Located a stones throw away from the beach you will also be a short walk from the shops and cafes in Hoylake in addition to the station where you can catch a direct train to Liverpool city centre. The Royal Liverpool golf course is also within walking distance. The property also has free parking and outdoor seating with a view!

Welcome to my home. The space Like all Victorian properties you will have large, bright airy rooms. You have a good sized equipped kitchen with a full sized cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. Also a small table and chairs. Within the lounge you have a beautiful bay window to allow plenty of light, large sofa, table and chairs, TV and fire place. The hallway then leads to the bedroom with a kingsize bed, clothing rail and an ensuite bathroom.
