Holiday rentals with breakfast in Wisconsin River

Classic Madison home in walking distance to parks and lunch spots. Conveniently located near the isthmus, but in a family-friendly neighborhood, near parks with glacial land features.

Jim was a fantastic host who communicated very well. The location of this house is ideal for any golf trip and our large group had plenty of space in between rounds of golf. I would definitely host a group outing there again!

This was the most well organized, incredibly stocked, clean, and comfortable Airbnb we've stayed in. Amy & Marla were so responsive and welcoming. They had a great assortment of games, books, local guide books and bikes available. The kitchen was well stocked and they even had fresh banana bread waiting for us. Coffee & creamer & fresh fruit. For a lower level unit it was amazingly quiet. Usually you hear voices or footsteps. Not here. They were also very on top of clearing the walkway and patio multiple times during a day long snowstorm and even cleaned the snow off our car! This is a gem of a find so centrally located close to the capital and UW campus.

It was super cozy and had plenty of things to do at the house. The hosts were great and very informative.

Brian was such an excellent host! The house was gorgeous, very clean, and stocked with everything you might ever need during the stay. Brian is very communicative and attentive. Brian does an excellent job making you feel at home with a detailed guest book full of helpful info and instructions that answer any questions you may have. Also the fire place is super cozy 😊

We had such a great time and loved staying there! Will definitely be back again. We went for ice fishing season and it was great having the lake in the backyard, so excited to try and stay during the summer next time!

Our family needed a place with plenty of sleeping space for our larger group. We were able to easily accomodate everyone with plenty of room for sleeping and several bathrooms. We made all of our meals in the kitchen and used the large kitchen table for both dining as well as game playing. Had it been a little warmer we would have spent time outside enjoying the quiet woods, but as it was we enjoyed watching the squirrels jump from tree to tree and some woodpeckers -- all in sight from the back windows. It was a great convenience to have access to a Tesla charger as well.

A great place to stay if just looking for a place to crash! They are planning to do some renovations soon and we definitely will be back to check them out . The parking situation was difficult but we found a parking garage about a 10 minute walk away and all was well. Overall we had a great stay and will be back :)

My stay was nothing short of exceptional. The hosts went above and beyond to make me feel at home, and the cozy atmosphere made it feel like I was staying at my grandparents' country house—warm, personal, and welcoming. The interior is beautifully authentic and gives the place a unique charm. Every detail was carefully thought out, and there were so many little extras I didn’t expect, like snacks packed for my early departure and always available complimentary hot/cold water. The hosts adjusted breakfast to accommodate any dietary preferences or allergies, which made me feel incredibly cared for. I couldn't recommend this place more.

Our stay at Steampunk Manor was wonderful. Daniel and Irina are wonderful hosts and helped us feel right at home. That space was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and so filling! I’d definitely recommend staying here while you’re in Spring Green.

Great place! Dorothy and Don were delightful hosts. They were friendly, informative and extremely pleasant. The room had everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. Dorothy made a delicious breakfast. Both Dorothy and Don provided lots of good information and ideas about things to do in the area. The farm and the countryside are beautiful. Dorothy was very responsive to messages and phone calls. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable, lovely get away in the heart of Wisconsin.

Had to come to town last minute for a family emergency and their place was available for a same day check in! We also had to extend our original stay by an extra night and they were so helpful! Amanda and Peter were very responsive with setting up this last minute stay. The directions were clear and you get your own little parking spot off the street! They had everything labeled which I found extremely helpful! There is a cute park with a bike trail across the street on the lake where I would walk our dog. It was a perfect little place for two people and a dog!

Cindy greeted us warmly as soon as we arrived and made us feel at home. We walked around the farm a bit and enjoyed their animals. Cindy told us about several nearby places to visit as well as local restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Grandad Bluff (one of the highlights of our trip)- it had stunning views and we wouldn't have known about it if it weren't for Cindy telling us. This is a working farm with a very old farmhouse, so the doors stick and don't always close tightly, but that added to the charm and we felt very safe there. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and filling - a great way to end our stay. We would recommend this place and think it would be really fun for families with young children.
