We are a very welcoming family renting our beautiful large basement apartment, which includes one sofa full size bed for two people, a private bathroom, kitchen and laundry room. Close to all amenities such as groceries stores, malls, banks and main intersections like Lawrence, Eglinton, Keele and Jane Street in North York Toronto. Just five minutes drive to 401 and Weston Road and a ten minute walk to the UP-Express (airport train), Weston Go Station and bus stops just around corner.

West End suite re-opening March 1 post-renovation

My private basement suite in Toronto's tree-lined West End is ideal for tourists or folks coming to the city to work. It is currently under complete renovation with a 1950s vibe and it looks amazing! Brand new bathroom, full separate bedroom with queen size bed, plus living area and dining/work table. There is a kitchenette to make coffee/toast with a small fridge for snacks. 3 min from subway. Ceiling 6'5" with 1 lower beam. My fam & I live upstairs--the unit is noise insulated.
