Mr. Yaşar was extremely interested in us and answered our questions quickly. The house was as seen and described in the photos; the view was outstanding. There was nothing missing in the house and everything met our expectations. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

Anne Marie is a kind and good host. She informed us very well at check-in and checkout. The house is just as it is in the pictures, stylish and quite clean. Almost all the tools you'll need are available. The garden is well-maintained and great for children, the stairs can get a little tired. There is a barbecue in the garden. Each room has air conditioning and is a very useful house for families with children. The humidity is almost non-existent, and you can only sleep at night without air conditioning by opening the glass. There are mosquito nets on the windows. There are 2 bathrooms and very comfortable for stays of 6 people. The sea does not deepen very clean and clear quickly in August, six round stones and gravel, the beach is cakil-stone. In the morning, the amount of waves increases according to the wind in the afternoon. A warm sea for children. The beach is yours and you feel private. It was a very pleasant and beautiful holiday for us. Thank you for the peaceful and perfect amenities and see you 😊 again

I had an amazing stay at Özlem’s place! From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful and kind—providing super clear check-in instructions, checking in with us mid-stay to see if we needed anything, and making sure everything went smoothly until check-out. The apartment itself is fantastic, offering stunning sea views while also facing mountains and greenery. It’s incredibly peaceful, especially in the mornings—perfect for a relaxing getaway. What truly sets this place apart is how well-equipped it is. This isn’t just a typical Airbnb with the bare minimum; it has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Honestly, this is probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, and I couldn’t recommend it more!

My wife and i needed a break to get away from the stressful year we needed to unwind and relax. Selva's place was the first place i had been able to unwind and relax from the moment we walked in the door very peaceful just what we needed. what a great host nothing was to much trouble and she responded instantly. we would recommend any couples looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway with stunning views to book this apartment and have a great time. we will be booking here again as was a great experience. definitely need to hire a car. many thanks Selva we had a great stay and will be back next year 5 star many thanks Natasha & Andre

A sweet one bedroom on 2 levels. Full kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher. Gunes and her husband were warm and friendly. The apartment is in a small family complex, but very quiet. Perfect location near the harbor, shops and restaurants. A perfect place to hang your hat while visiting Bodrum.

You can easily park your car in a very central location in the center of Bodrum, a sheltered and very cute house, the front back garden is very tidy and clean, the host, Mr. Murat, would recommend if you want to feel at home

We were very kindly received , very helpful hostess. The villa is very nice and tidy. Very beautiful breathtaking views from the terrace . Rooms are spacious and clean . Beautiful large kitchen with all appliances. The Air Conditioning works just fine. This villa is highly recommended.

This place is a gem! Looks even better than the photos, is clean, and a great value for the money. My only suggestion is to get Yavuz to navigate you directly to the location. We speak Turkish and know the Bodrum area well, and it was still initially difficult for us to find (but the view makes the climb so worth it!) You will definitely enjoy your holiday here, but you will need to rent a car. Enjoy!

Kuzey's place was everything we would want from a holiday home. A fantastic spacious apartment,whilst being close to all the hustle and bustle that Bodrum had to offer it was private and peaceful even though you were a 5 minute walk from it all.

The apartment is new and is located in a quiet location. The accommodation contains all the amenities you could need. Someone was always available for questions and the communication was friendly and nice. Thanks again for a great stay.

The free house we preferred for our Bodrum holiday was excellent. Every detail was considered for a comfortable life at home. The bathroom was clean. The bed linens were backed up and clean. Everything was sparkling clean in the kitchen. Thank you so much for everything. If we have a basement plan again, it will be our choice. 🩷🩷🩷

Hülya was an incredible host! She accommodated my last-minute, late-night request and welcomed me with delicious Turkish treats. The apartment was spotless, peaceful, and had stunning views. She also gave excellent recommendations, including the need for a rental to explore the area. It’s a 15-minute drive to the airport and 40 minutes to Bodrum. I loved a very peaceful home! The view and garden are nicer than the photos. Very right choice if you are looking for calm. I stayed alone, but 2-3 people can easily stay in the house and it was immaculately clean, the newly painted kitchen is quite large and if you want to cook, you can easily do it. The bedroom is big and comfortable, there is a 3 door closet. There is AC in both the living room and bedroom AC. The internet speed is very good, like me for those who work from home. I see this as an advantage, but I would still like to point out that there are many stairs for transportation to the house, you do your daily sports ☺️ The house is a must on top of a hill and there is a Migros, bakery, diner, hairdresser 1 minute away by car. 7 minutes to Gümüşlük by car, 12 minutes to Yalikavak marina, 35 minutes to the center. Zoe is a really interested host, although she was not here, everything was very well taken care of, everything was perfect, and Mr. Zafer came when I needed everything, thank you very much, if I come back to the basement, she will definitely stay at Zoe's house 🙏🏼 again

I highly recommend it to everyone, incredibly beautiful, cozy apartment, the hosts of this apartment are just a separate topic, they became family after a couple of minutes, helped with the taxi call, fed breakfast. If I could give more than 5 that would be 100.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Stavroula and her parents were super friendly and took the time to suggest beaches and restaurants, as well as to show us around their beautiful garden! Although the location is a bit far of the city center by foot, it was a nice walk and it was very easy to park the car right outside.

The house was exactly as shared in the photos. Items, kitchen utensils are new and sparkling clean. The large balcony and exquisite views were superb. Since it was rainy the evening we arrived, we sat in their spacious seats and enjoyed a big screen cinema. We felt like we were at home. It was a very enjoyable holiday. Ilkay was a brilliant host. We booked extremely last minute and Ilkay kindly accepted our booking and was at the property to welcome us. She also provided fantastic communication (and patience!). The apartment is wonderfully situated, 10 minutes from beach/marina and beach village. The pool had unfortunately just closed for our stay but would be fantastic for a summer visit with balcony overlooking the pool (and sea). The space was very comfortable for our family of 4 and provided us with everything that we needed (well equipped kitchen and extra towels/linen if required).

The layout of Elena hn's house, the fact that the items are more than adequate, high quality and equipment, made our holiday extremely easy to meet our holiday. Everything was very high quality in a regular condition. We had constant communication before and during the holiday. He helped us up to the grocery store where we would walk around, eat, shop, and shop. The pool informed us before about the sea. The view was perfect. The entrance to the house is very simple and you can easily reach it by car. Mr. Başar solved our problems right away and answered them. A place to rent without thinking for a family , group of friends. Fully price performance…
