Good location easy to get to and Migdalia is very friendly. I recommend it 100%

a comfortable, quiet, take a car and it was safe on the street since there is no parking , but I was told that if it was safe, the area is away from the tourist area 15 mins by car but to me it does not matter much, it is 1 block delar although it is only to admire it that by the way very nice , tank can not swim there, if children the parks are beautiful, with games , their children will enjoy it a lot, the owners super attentive and friendly, with a lot to yud ,

The Penthouse is spectacular if it's worth it. The only bad thing is that the light goes out every time it rains but it is like that throughout the area. The jacuzzi and pool are great!

We loved our stay here! We took the ADO into Playa and it was an easy walk to get here. You’re also close to the beach, ferry, and Quinta- all super walkable! The water jug came in clutch for refilling water bottles, and she provides beach towels for your use. Daniela also provides a parking space that was perfect for a sedan we rented- anything bigger might’ve been a little too tight for me but I’m not used to city driving/parking. The apartment itself is clean, quiet, comfy, and looks just like the photos in the listing. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for our family of 6, 2 parents an aunt and 3 semi-adult kids. We also had friends rent a condo down the beach that fit well in our free time hanging out at the pool and beach area overlooking the ocean. Lots of space for all, everyone had their own bathroom and privacy. The host and caretakers were great. So responsive and helpful from getting checked in to local recommendations and activities. They helped us rent 3 golf carts which worked out great and was a nice way to tool around town. Completely walkable too. This little town has a nice laid-back vibe with a couple fun beach bars with delicious food. There isn't a lot of nightlife past about 9pm, but the house was a great place to hang out with drinks and views in all directions. We played games and enjoyed all of the outdoor spaces at the house.

This was the first time we had stayed off resort, and we absolutely LOVED it! Short walk to the beach - which felt like our very own! We never had to worry about getting there to save our spot! She helped us with car rental so everything was seamless! She checked in on us periodically just to make sure we were OK and answered any questions we had right away! By the time we left I felt like we were good friends! We will definitely be back! Thanks so much, Paola!!!

The location was awesome, right next door to a coffee shop, Origen, and steps away from Calle 59 which has some very good restaurants. The Centro area is all walkable from Carlo’s eliminating the need for a car unless you want to explore further away. Carlos arranged for a cab at 6:00 am and showed up to exchange the keys and make sure we made it to the Tren Maya. Thank you for being a wonderful host even though our Spanish was non-existent

My family and I had an amazing stay at Karla’s place! The location was great - not too far from airport, the town has lots of great and cheap local restaurants, area is beautiful, easy to do day trips to Chichen Itza, Uxmal, cenotes, etc! The house itself is gorgeous, we loved the pool and the location to the beach. There are so many bathrooms, including outdoor an bathroom and shower, so cleanup after the beach was extremely convenient! We loved seeing the flamingos fly over us on the beach! It was nice to know that the housekeeper Raul was nearby in case we needed anything to had questions. Our stay was 10000/10, we would love to come back again!

Excellent place to spend family holidays, our hostess was attentive before our arrival, in our stay and in our departure. The house is delivered as presented in the photos, it is really very comfortable and cozy, it feels like being in your own home. The location of the subdivision is very safe in addition to being at an intermediate point between Cancun and Playa del Carmen....point apart is Puerto Morelos which is simply spectacular. Without a doubt I would book again.

We wanted a family vacation that was quiet and relaxing, this was the place! Mario was super accommodating for a few things we had questions on. The views of the ocean from the house were awesome, every room has an ocean view. Large open family room/dinning/kitchen directly connected to a large deck-meets all relaxation needs. Loved waking up to the sound of the ocean. The beautiful beach is a one minute walk on a sandy path through beautiful tropical plants with colorful butterflies. The beach is vast, great for long walks, shell collecting, always a show from the pelicans diving for fish, a shallow entry to the warm clear waters. Sisal is a sleepy Mexican town that reminded of us of what Tulum was 25-30 years ago, very few tourists. The Palmar Beach Club was a great little spot to hang at for the day-yummy ceviche, margaritas etc. Pamela, the chef we hired most days was fantastic, highly recommend her. Mérida is an hour or so drive away. We hope to come back, lots of great memories.

Clean and beautiful townhouse (even better than in the photo). The house is thought out to the smallest detail, equipped with everything necessary. A wonderful quiet area. Green shady yard. The pool in the yard is cleaned every morning. The owner of the house is kind and immediately answers all questions, gives a lot of useful tourist information.

Patrick was very responsive and met us at the grocery store, helped us load groceries, when and escorted us to the Airbnb location. During our stay it rained almost the entire week and this flooded the road to and from town which made it difficult to get to the Airbnb (we had to obtain a jeep which waded through), but the Airbnb itself was beautiful, spacious and peaceful. Additionally, the assistant to the Airbnb did our laundry, which was quite helpful due to the remote nature of the home. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back (preferably when it is clear and sunny)!

We had an amazing stay at Elena's condo! The place is clean, great location and had everything you need to call it "home" for your stay. Washer and dryer in the unit is a bonus! The pool is great and they look after it daily. Elena was very prompt with her replies and was always available or had someone available if you have any questions or need anything Thank you Elena for a great stay and positive experience! We would definitely recommend and be back!!

The condo was exactly as described and as the photos showed. Mau was very responsive and kind. Can’t beat the location! The complex was very safe and had three security personnel at all times. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again in the future. Thank you so much Mau!

Santiago is an amazing host! We loved our stay at his beautiful home! Best location, so close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. His place is beautiful and welcoming and has all the essentials we need.. Santiago is very responsive to all our questions and he made us feel at home! Would definitely come back!

Apartment was as described. The people at the Condominio were very nice. We didn't use the pool. We liked it so much that we extended it by 2 nights. The area is quiet. To the beach we always drove to playa chuburná (about 30 min by car). Apartment can be recommended

This place was perfect for my girls trip to Cancun. Alejandro was the perfect host, he responded quickly and was very helpful when we had questions. The unit was beautiful, and the view from terrace was amazing. The wifi was a bit weak in the bedrooms; he may need to invest in a wifi extender so that the wifi can be stronger throughout the unit. Other than that, i have no complaints. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in cancun. 10/10! - easy to check in and out - the pool and lagoon was BEAUTIFUL - Alejandro was very helpful and responded quickly
