Super functional Monoambiente. Great views from the balcony (sea and lagoon, both). Easy access to pools, lounge chairs and beach. Opposite an Oxxo (not very stocked). The hosts (especially Isaias) of the best, with good local recommendations. I would definitely pick it again!!!

Anna's place is a wonderful combination of perfect amenities and every comfort you can think of. Perfectly located, it's easy to find and has great access to the main thoroughfares for getting to the beach and 5th avenue. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is complete, and the terrace is a beautiful oasis. We loved staying here and think you will too!

Great location! Lots of bars and restaurante around the area. Place looks exactly like the pictures, on top of that, the host was amazing! Very respectful, communicative and provided us with lots of recommendations when asked

This place was amazing. We loved that it was right on the lagoon, a close walk to the center of the Hotel Zone, and the privacy one in the property was great. There is a plaza right in front of the property that offered multiple dining options and a gas station nearby too. The location was great for walking, and for further areas, Robin was able to provide us with a great contact for rides. The house was unique in that the lower and upper level were connected via a staircase outside, but we didn't use the downstairs so it wasn't an issue for us. The kitchen was perfect size for cooking and the primary bedroom and bathroom were amazing. We enjoyed many nights on the screened in porch and enjoyed our days by the pool and lagoon. This place would be the perfect size for our family of 8. Robin was very responsive once we arrived and helpful when we had questions. I would recommend this place as we felt safe, things were convenient, and the whole place was very peaceful and private.

We love the house and it is the second time we have visited the area, it is inside an incredible ranch, very nice and quiet, have a coffee in the morning and listen to the birds is priceless. My son loved it, I didn't want to get out of there.

Just amazing. The location of the flat is fantastic and everything is within walking distance. It's clean, safe and easy to find. But Victor is a standout, he was so incredibly responsive and helpful. I arrived to Cancun in the middle of the night and he was available at all hours to help with meeting my driver and getting to the apartment. Absolutely fantastic place to stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Ivonne’s place. She is an excellent host—responsive, prompt, and courteous. The house is well maintained, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was lovely for relaxation. The location is close to major shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants especially Habaneros. We definitely hope to stay here again when we return to Mérida.

We were very pleased with this property! We felt very comfortable and the property was close to everything we wanted to do. Internet, A/C, water heater, water pressure and washer dryer were all great when used. Loved having the outdoor space as well. Hoping to return again!

It’s close to many restaurants, grocery everything u need. The hotel zone is not far by car. Overall we would definitely come back to this beautiful Airbnb!!😍

We had the most amazing time staying at Carolina's beautiful villa on the sea. We traveled with 7 dear old friends to celebrate New Year's Eve and my 50th birthday. Carolina and her team were very responsive and friendly. She even delivered a gorgeous bottle of Tequila Reposado on my birthday! The house is very light and airy and exactly as described and pictured. The snorkeling off the patio area with pool is incredible. Everyone was comfortable and we had plenty of space. I highly recommend hiring the chef! We can't wait to come back.

I think the most outstanding feature when I compare to other properties in Mérida wAs the layout in terms of privacy for three couples (or small families). It was a very spacious and pretty space and was a lovely place to return to after our adventures, both inside and outside of Mérida You will have to walk a little bit to get to the main action, but we were up for that and wanted to be in a neighborhood. Eduardo and Fabiola were very responsive.

This place was an absolute gem of a find! It was a last minute choice as every hotel we went to in San Pedro was fully booked for the night. I can’t express enough how pleasantly surprised we were. Dianna and Crystal were super friendly, communicative and welcoming. The place was beautiful and peaceful and the outside shower is really something! The only negative thing I have to say is it’s hard to find the place as there is no exact address and the gps app and general internet connection is sometimes unreliable. The hosts did their best to provide written directions but we still had to ask the locals who pointed us in the right direction. Ultimately, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be staying there again myself the next time I find myself in San Pedro!

We had a fantastic, relaxing stay at Tropical Dreams. The Airbnb was just right for 2 couples to stay together, and we felt no need to rush out to find activities to get away- we could just lounge in the pool and visit. The apartment was clean and homey with just enough space and no waste. A highlight for us was visiting with Molly, one of the women who cleans the complex. She is a wealth of information and friendly local recommendations- we really enjoyed being able to get her take on how life on the island has changed over the years. We will absolutely look her up on our next trip to Caye Caulker. Additionally, Chip was a super responsive and helpful host. We'd absolutely stay here again in the future. The ONLY downside for us (which had nothing to do with Chip and Laura or the Airbnb itself) is that it's located on a very busy road, and the growing number of gas golf carts on the island means there is a lot of road noise. But we tended not to even notice this after the first day.

Lovely, cozy house with lots of space , nice garden, and a place to park a car. There is everything you need there including a coffee and bikes to use. We had a great stay and would come back again! Thank you

Amazing spot. We were there for the full moon… watching it rise above the lagoon was unforgettable. The best nature retreat yet close to town. Super friendly!!! We had everything we needed. Highly recommend and hope I can return soon.

This was a great home base for my girl's trip to Tulum! We spent a Wednesday through Sunday at Rocio & Mirko's, and the house was perfect. La Veleta is filled with great restaurants, and we took advantage of the concierge service for our first night's dinner after a long travel day; that was 100% the right answer (the chef made us a fantastic meal, and we had a chance to unwind from our flight/drive). I recommend staying at Rocio & Mirko's place. Mirko personally greeted us, recommended beach clubs and restaurants, and was available to answer any questions we may have had. We felt safe and at home in this lovely house and neighborhood.

Great home, it felt like it was my own very comfortable. The views from the top floor were amazing. Every bedroom had its own amazing spacious bathroom. The A/C units all worked well and kept us nice and cool while we slept as well during the day when it was at its hottest outside. It felt like a little oasis in the middle of the city, the swimming pool was nice and cool perfect for those hot days. The location of the home is perfect, everything you need is within walking distance. The host was very attentive to any messages and questions.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large family.

We really loved the privacy of the apartment. The Main Bedroom and Bathroom are amazing and offer a lot of space and a wonderful view. We rented some bikes to be flexible at Puerto Aventuras. If you don’t have a Car, Bikes or a Golf Card is recommended! There are Kayaks and Paddel Boards which is very nice to explore the area or go to the beach. Also the communication was very good. As soon as we had a question we kind of immediately got an answer. The only point was, and this has nothing to do with the apartment is, that at the time where we were there, there were a lot of constructions around this area as a lot of new houses were built up (January 2025) . The last 3 days where very loud and noisy. Apart from that we definitely can recommend the House as we had a beautiful time there!

Great Condo! We have visited this location for the last 4 years or so. This was our first time at Izas. Location is great, condo has everything you need. Rooftop pool is also great. Friendly people are always around and it’s also great for families! Iza was very responsive. Would recommend !

Dan was a great host for a very special multigenerational family gathering! His pool cleaner and outside cleaner Toni was amazing and helped us out even cracking up a coconut which was super cool! The cleaners were there many times throughout the week which was super cool and they had many Instructional guides to awesome restaurants and many other tourist attractions. I would say one thing that was not the greatest, as I wish they would’ve frontloaded that we would had to get jugs of water and may have a suggestion of making that clear upfront that it is on the guest to get water jugs refilled. Other than that amazing host and amazing spot. One thing that also would be super cool if they added a Jacuzzi as that would be next level.
