Spacious 3 bedroom apartment in the black rain

Take the whole family with you to this great place with plenty of space for fun and entertainment. The apartment is located in the Bavarian forest in the beautiful village of Regen, right on the black rain. A shopping center, as well as restaurants and shops serving everyday needs, are in walking distance. Right behind the house, some hiking trails start. Upon arrival you will receive a welcome package ( oil, salt, pepper, shower gel and much more ). We are also happy to fulfill individual requests.

Quite slanted

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.
