Apartment holiday rentals in Zadar County

We had a lot of fun with our two dogs in the apartment on the highest floor. It was very quiet, we spent a lot of time on the balcony and it felt really private and cozy. The place had everything we needed. It’s really easy to find and there’s plenty of parking in the front. The host, Nataša, is very nice, responds fast, likes dogs and is a good chatter. We loved her! I definitely suggest renting this place! Oh and there’s a pool and a jacuzzi! 😊

We stayed for 2 weeks as a family with a baby. The location was great, 2min walk to the beach, small shop and bakery one house away. A restaurant and ice cream parlor were also a 2-minute walk away. If you are looking for more chic bars, club and other restaurants, you have to go to the other side of the island, which is also accessible by 15 minutes by car. The apartment with the terrace and shared barbecue area is top! The apartment is on the main road, so also a bit noisy in the evening. But the bedroom is on the quiet side. The contact person on site was very nice and accommodating, always easily accessible. The use of a washing machine would have been great for a longer stay and a few more towels, but there are only small things. If we come to Vir again, we'd love to come back here. Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Lovely hosts, adorable space and about a 10 minute walk to reach downtown. Mare was always checking in to see if I need anything and was very communicative. Loved seeing her smile each day. Thank you!

the location was great , Alma is very nice and friendly , you can reach the old town on foot, everything is about 5 to 12 minutes to reach on foot , shopping is also very close

Hosta were great and I loved being out near Krka National Park. Make sure you fill up with gas if you are going to be driving around the park for a few days as the locations are fairly isolated. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place near the harbor. The apartment is very private, with a big balcony. Super clean and tidy! Nearest beach is a 2 minute walk. Great restaurants are also at walking distance. Parking is done from a narrow street so an SUV or a crossover might not be able to turn in to the space. We came with a smaller hatchback, it fit the parking spot perfectly. Maja is a great host, very friendly, would definitely recommend to stay here!

The place is ideally located in my opinion. 10 minutes by car from Krka, 10 minutes from the highway which allowed us to make Zadar (1 hour of road), Split (1 hour of road), Plitvice (2 hours of road) and Dubrovnik (3 hour drive)

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

We had a great time at Michelle's place. We were welcomed by Andreas who was very welcoming, attentive and always very good advice. The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would recommend this apartment to go there without a second thought...

My stay at Luka's place was very positive! The apartment was great, super clean, very close to the bus station, and had everything we needed, plus small details like some cold drinks in the fridge and family-produced olive oil (incredibly delicious). But I think the best part was being greeted by Luka's dog, Chili 😍 Highly recommended!

I had a great time. Friendly, close to the store, easy to get to the beach and downtown. The apartment is clean. The stove is not easy, it took me 40 minutes to boil water for pasta. Plus, it's great. A great host helped us with transportation and recommended places to go.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was super clean, it was even bigger than it looked in the photos. It was well equipped, we found anything we needed and even more. Also the location was great - few minutes walk from the beach and marina where you can find many restaurants. The communication with Dario was flawless too. Lovely place, we enjoyed the indulgence of the hot tub after a day visiting villages and the national park. The luxury of sitting in the hot water in the evening overlooking the beautiful views. Our stay was peaceful and relaxed, our accommodation had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean.

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing, everything what you need on holiday - beautiful view, swimming pool, sea and mountains. The apartment was alsow graet and very cozy, just like home 🙂 Perfect place for unforgettable vacation. Thank You!

What a find! Our flight was delayed 3 hours, so we didn’t arrive until 3.30am. Our host Marijana was up and waiting for us. We were made to feel so welcome. Toni also took us to the supermarket the next day. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The apartment/villa was big and spotless. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. Lovely big shower. Towels provided for both shower and beach towels. We stayed on the ground floor - huge patio and a few steps to the pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. It is open from 9am to 10pm. Lovely and warm and the furniture around the pool was really comfortable. We didn’t hire a car. It is about 30 minutes walk into Zadar Centre but only 5 € in an Uber. We loved Zadar but the accommodation is what made the holiday so fantastic. You rarely find hosts as lovely as Mirjana and Toni. Always on hand and they even made us a lovely breakfast on our last day. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Amazing stay in a beautiful property. Close to Zadar, which is a fantastic city with many wonderful beaches. We loved the pool, the outdoor eating area, and we're grateful for the air conditioning. Great place.

The apartment was amazing! The whole experience of the stay was above expectations from the moment of arrival until the end of the holiday. The apartment attracted us because it accepts pets and is located in an great location - outside the city crowds and a large number of tourists, but close enough to Zadar and a few national parks. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a delicious platter and a bottle of wine. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was clean, tidy and beautiful. The pool was great, but we spent most of the time on the terrace overlooking the bay. We usually like to go on hiking with our dog on vacation, went to the Plitivice national park which was amazing. There is also a nice hiking path going along the shore of the bay near the apartment with empty beaches, so we could easily go and play with our dog in the sea. The hosts also recommended us a trip by boat through the Zrmanja canyon, which was one of the most beautiful trips I had in a long time, I really, really recommend anyone go to see it, we didn't know for it before the trip.

My family and I stayed with Marijana at the end of September. The place matched the description and was a relaxing experience with the pool. Our hostess was very warm, helpful and even regularly brought us fresh fruit from her garden and helped us with many great tips for the area. Unfortunately, the location of the place is not really central. There are small beaches in the surrounding villages, but you should consider having a car for exploring, as it is very quiet nearby and you have to drive a little further out for more action. Nevertheless, it was a great stay and we say goodbye to Vrana, Croatia. ❤️
