We had a fantastic stay for a couple of days! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It truly exceeded our expectations! We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

🏆 The Ultimate Stay – Matthias is the Best Host Ever! 🏆 Wow, where do I even begin? We stayed at Matthias’ place for over two months, and honestly, it was the best experience I’ve ever had with any host – hands down! Matthias is an incredible person and a truly amazing host. From day one, he made us feel completely at home. He provided us with all the essential information we needed, gave us a winter pass for free museum visits (which was a game-changer!). His local insights and warm personality made our stay unforgettable. I genuinely hope we can stay friends in the future – Matthias is that kind of person you want to keep in your life. The apartment itself? Absolute perfection. It’s located at one of the highest points in Rijeka, which means you get a breathtaking panoramic view of the city and the port. Every morning felt like waking up in a postcard – seriously, the view alone is worth the stay! But it’s not just about the view or the location – it’s the feeling of being welcome

We had an amazing week. Unfortunately the weather was not good, but thanks to the roof above the terrasse we were able to eat outside and enjoy the wonderful view. The flat was very clean and super well equiped. Communication with the host was extremly clear and helpful, and they gave us a lot of very good recommendation. Everything was made in a way to let us enjoy our stay as much as possible.

Our stay at Zdenko's place in Opatija was absolutely exceptional! The house is modern, spacious, and very practically furnished. We found everything we could possibly need – from a hairdryer, iron, microwave, oven, to even a crib and toys for our one-year-old daughter. The on-site pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our small dog was also warmly welcomed by the hosts and had no trouble joining us on our vacation. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in any situation. They even surprised my wife with a small gift for her birthday, which made our stay even more special. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

We were 2 adults and 2 children for 9 days. The apartment itself was as pictured. However, there was no umbrella on the terrace, but there was a lot of green vegetation that provided a lot of shade. The kitchen is very small but fine for making small meals. Nice with a dishwasher. There is AC in the living room - unfortunately no AC in the bedrooms so it can get pretty hot in the bedrooms, even with a fan. We moved a few days into the living room at night when it was too hot in the bedrooms. The place is nice close to 2 beaches (beach Rožac and Okrug Gornji Beach). There is a small supermarket close to the apartment. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Beach Bočići - a lovely beach. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Trogir. One can also take an Uber pretty cheaply. It takes about 15 minutes to get from the airport to the apartment and costs about 15 euros by Uber. All in all a lovely place.

I highly suggest a stay here at vila ivano! Sun spalato! Close to beach, easy parking, quick communication - 10/10 !

I hardly dare to leave such a good review, otherwise the likelihood that the place is fully booked the next time we want to come 🙈 The 4 weeks in Luka's apartment were really super nice! The apartment is very nice, the location is great and Luka is a very accommodating host! There was even a welcome treat for our dog who really enjoyed the floor heating in the kitchen 😊 We will definitely be happy to come back! PS: the wifi is even much faster than Luka says.

Great location right in the car-free little old town of Komiza and thus everything super easy to reach, beautiful harbor promenade and because the old stone house in the second row is also quiet. The house itself is very clairaudient, which means when the neighbors walk over it, you can hear every step. Very narrow staircase, so not accessible. Large roof terrace facing the north. Disadvantage of the great location is that you can't get to the apartment by car and thus with more luggage, shopping, etc. Suggestion for improvement would be that you provide the tenants, for example, a wagon or the like, so that you can move your luggage/shopping to the apartment from the public parking lot (€15 per day). For tourists who fly to Split and then transfer by ferry, there is a transfer bus from the city of Vis (same name with the island) to the city of Komiza, which is excellent. On site there are several scooter rental companies, which is recommended.

We had a great stay at this place. Very good location, close to beach, shops and restaurants.

Filip is a super host, he waited for us despite our delay. The apartment was as described, nothing was missing. Parking under the house. A 10-minute walk from the center of Split.

The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. josaphine and franka both went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless.

We spent 1 week in this beautiful place and hope to be able to come back soon. The proximity to several very nice beaches, restaurants, bakery, small market...is perfect (walking distance). Other destinations can be easily reached after a short drive by car. The apartment is lovingly decorated, so you feel very comfortable. Everything matched the description. The garden is now a bit wild, but you can find one or two turtles. Goran is a very enjoyable and helpful host. We enjoyed it very much!

Had a wonderful time even with almost zero temperature and gusty winds. Easy to find, very close to mall and restaurants. Host was excellent to ensure all my needs were met!

Lela was a fantastic host and welcomed me as of I was home. Anything I needed she was there. The location is perfect as it is right next to the palace but is quiet so it’s easy to rest. It was easy to get there with an Uber from the airport as well. The harbor and beach are an easy walk and the esplanade right outside the front door was a great place to sit and enjoy some food and coffee. Lela was sweet enough to let me stay after check out since my bus was at 4pm so I didn’t have to sit with my luggage somewhere else. I would definitely stay here again!

Josip is a nice host, responds quickly, is friendly and very helpful. There is also a lot of privacy. The apartment is spacious, practical and is in a fantastic location with sea views. The beach is within walking distance, 10 minutes, with a height difference of about 50 meters. There are 2 cozy beach bars for a snack and a drink.

Very nice host, good value for money, perfect for family holidays

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at this place, the location is perfect in a quite surrounding and restaurants, bars, bus stop, supermarket, playground, bakery and the beach are just 5-10 minutes away by feet. The garden with the pool, toys and bbq corner are perfect for a visit with children. Enis gave me some very good information for activities with the family. We would definitely go there again.

Ivana was such an incredible host. Our flight was delayed which meant arriving after midnight. Ivana was able to greet us and even offered to pick us up from the airport if we couldn’t get a taxi. This is way above and beyond a regular host. Thank you so so much. The apartment was perfect for our needs (2 adults, 3 kids) with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The balcony over looking Cavtat was beautiful. Short walk to the harbour, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to Dubrovnik by car or boat. Ideal location. Thank you so very much!

Really loved the apartment! It was so clean and tidy. Goran was a fantastic, kind and helpful host. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Gorans mother was a very sweet and lovely lady too, with a cute little dog. The town was easily walkable and the airport was only 10/15mins away in taxi. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a stay of one week. From the moment we met Lili at the front door we felt at home. So welcoming and open. Lili always had a smile. Lili had made some delicious muffins for our arrival and some amazing fritters mid week. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Everything that we needed. The pool and surrounding area were beautifully maintained. Marino was so helpful upon our arrival. He explained the local area and the not so local. Marino spoke excellent English . We had a car and wanted to explore Istria. Close by was a well stocked supermarket, a little further on was a large shopping centre. Both within walking distance. It was a 10 min walk to the arena and city centre. Such a lovely and accommodating family. Thank you.

Great accommodation in Cavtat! The location was convenient, close to the airport, and a short walk to the beach as well as restaurants. The pool next to the apartment was a nice addition, and the scenery was really beautiful. There was also a nice cafe nearby with great coffee and pastries. Overall a lovely and relaxing getaway – highly recommend!
