The apartment is situated in a quiet, attractive residential area of Split. It is placed on the south side slopes of Marjan hill, only 5 min walk from the old town, Diocletian's palace and Riva city's main promenade, where you can find all the restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. 20 min walk to the ferry port and the main bus terminal. Large terrace is looking over the sea, islands, yacht marina, and the old town. You can just sit back and relax, watching ships coming and leaving the harbor.

It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. Guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 1 min from city center, 2 min from Marjan forest park. Harbour is only 5 mins walk for visiting islands. Apartment is finished in 2022. Everything is brand new. In one bedroom there is king size bed and another is two single beds.

Apartment is located in residential building 3 minutes away from city center. It is ideal for couples or friends travelling together. Space is located on 6th floor and it is very sunny and cozy. It is equipped with everything you would need for a pleasant stay in the city for couple of days.
