A quirky 1950’s semi-detached bungalow located in the beautiful Beachlands, Pevensey Bay and only a short walk from the beach. Surrounded by charming and colourful Art Deco and modernist architecture and with street names like The Boulevard, Sunset close and Marine Avenue, you could be forgiven for thinking you were in California or Florida. Palm trees and ornamental flamingo’s are a common sight! Our property has a south west facing garden with a BBQ area to relax and enjoy the evening sun.
