A self-contained 1-bedroom flat with its own entrance in an Edwardian seaside villa. Close to the beach, overlooking the Marina, with a seafront stroll to the city centre. Completely refurbished in 2021 including a new kitchen and ensuite shower room, the apartment sports a fabulous sea view and a lovely vista over the nearby South Downs National Park. The flat will comfortably sleep 4 people in a double bed in the bedroom with ensuite, and on a comfy sofabed in the bright and spacious lounge.

Relax with family and friends at our home and enjoy the beautiful tiered garden with direct gated access to 100 acres of preserved woodland. Excellent location, equidistant to St. Leonards / the old town / beach (10mins by car). The house is newly built and furnished with a modern style, has spacious entertaining areas and large bedrooms. An ideal coastal, peaceful retreat. Please note that as this is our family home and we only rent to families with high star air bnb reviews.

Beautiful self contained detached let. The entrance is very private from the main house. Access to our private 3 acre field. Views are spectacular to say the least and the sunset never fails to deliver. Dallington Forest on our doorstep. We are close to many great country pubs and walks. Nearby woods and remote country walks accessible direct from the property. Beaches of Bexhill and Hastings/St Leonard’s less than 30 minute drive.
