This is a large comfortable family house with plenty of room for everyone. The main lounge comfortably seats 12 people, with a second lounge to relax in which also has a children's bookcase. There is an impressive dining room which seats 12 with the table extension), opening onto a patio and grass garden. Next to the dining room is a well equipped kitchen with Rangemaster cooker, granite work surfaces and island. All bedrooms are doubles, one with sofabed, and a cot. A sofabed is in the lounge.

Within our large Arts-and-Crafts family home, just a few mins walk down to the beach, we have a huge top-floor with several rooms, which is ideal for self-catering holidays, either for a family, or a small groups. Rooms are large and comfortable, two with en suites with WCs, plus a full-size guest bathroom. You have a fully-equipped kitchen and we're in a very quiet neighbourhood in the best part of town, near St Leonards Gardens.
