Comfortable apartment in a lively area

It's her home so that changes everything: it's tastefully and carefully decorated, it has all the necessary equipment, she's ok with us using the condiments, there are plenty of board games, comics. And the apartment is very bright with large skylights. It was super nice and she's absolutely lovely. She bent over backwards to let us have the place at 9:30 a.m. and allowed us to stay until 7 p.m. on the day of departure. She is very friendly as well as being generous. Thank you very much Pauline, it's heartwarming.

We LOVED our stay at James and Maryline's! They are probably the most proactive and available hosts we have had in all our Airbnb stays. They are responsive, quickly find solutions and gave us several excellent restaurant suggestions. They also explain all amenities very well. The apartment is exactly as pictured: clean, warm, you immediately feel good there. The kitchen is well equipped, with everything you need for cooking. It is also very well located, close to a shopping street and public transport. There is life around, but the apartment remains very quiet. 😊 The only small problem… is the four floors to climb with the suitcases, a real challenge! But even that was mentioned in the listing, so we were mentally prepared. 😉 James and Maryline are perfect hosts! Yes, yes, it exists… and it's in Lyon!

Remy was a very kind and communicative host and the apartment was very nice. He gave us great recommendations and made us feel at home. If you’re looking for a spacious apartment with a lovely view of the city this is a great choice, but you will need to Uber/bus or take a longer walk to get the city center.

Coming for the weekend, we really enjoyed the place. Peaceful street, easy to find free pitches, beautiful architectural environment. The duplex is spacious, comfortable, very bright with beautiful openings. The bedding is of very good quality. Thanks to Alice and Patrice for hosting us, we'll be back:-)

Lucie’s place is amazing. Best Airbnb we stayed at while in France. Location was perfect, with the metro just a few blocks away. Many awesome cafe and bakeries near by (Antoinette & Brioche Bread might’ve been the best bread I’ve ever had). The apartment itself was super comfortable, very well decorated and we felt at home immediately. Lucie’s an awesome host, great communication and super friendly - thanks again for the great stay!

Very good location for this BnB located on the heights of Lyon, with a very nice view of the city (unfortunately the fog was key this weekend but no one can help it!). Large lot, living room large enough, terrace... everything went very well and I thank Pierre once again for his welcome.

Fourvière View: Exceptional apartment in Lyon!

We had a great time in this location. The apartment is tastefully decorated and everything was very clean; it was a very nice environment. Ideally located in our opinion, everything is within walking distance and the neighborhood is nice. The street is busy on the other hand, with quite a few noisy young people at night (Saturday night); provide quiescent balls to sleep! 6th floor without an elevator, we'll say that it's the thighs...! Very nice and responsive host, super flexible on arrival and departure times, it was very appreciated. I will definitely recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

Beautiful, cozy apartment inside a castle that has everything you need to relax and explore the area. The bathtub is gorgeous, the kitchen well stocked, and the bed is comfortable. We went on several hikes nearby and Lyon is only 20 minutes away. Highly recommend!
