Holiday rentals with a patio in 3rd arrondissement

This was a lovely spot to spend a week in Lyon. Plenty of space for a couple with beautiful views to enjoy, just make sure to buy your public transport pass for the funicular to get up and down the hill from the city. Good local recommendations along with communication about accessing the property. The car parking was very handy for us, secure as well in a modern underground parking garage. We really enjoyed our week here.

We had a lovely stay in Lyon and enjoyed Willy's accommodation. The location is a little out of the way but it doesn't bother given the proximity to the metro and the speed of access to the city center. The neighborhood is quiet, pleasant and safe. Address to keep in mind. Thank you Willy for your impeccable hospitality.

Second working stay in Lyon, like at home, in this apartment where everything is easy! The neighborhood is nice for shopping even late, for getting around by public transport. Jenna was so accommodating fitting us in at the last minute and waiting for us to arrive late at night. We had a wonderful warm and attentive welcome with a fire waiting for us - much appreciated after a long day’s travels. Lovely touches like water by the beds and things out for breakfast. I’m sorry we were only stopping overnight as it was a beautiful area and looked great for exploring Lyon, whilst being lovely and peaceful . Would definitely recommend. The pool looked great for the summer too!

absolutely a hidden gem in the city! Situated in a quiet neighborhood up on the Fourviere, truly the place to be if you love to live like a local! Quiet, but not remote. Bus stop only 5mins walk away with several bus routes get you right to the city centre with literally 10mins of travel time. A small community high street nearby also offers all the groceries you need for your stay. P.s. the best bakery shop is also here! The property is a dream house for anyone that loves a good quality of living! Top quality amenities, kitchen appliances (Miele, Liebherr) you name it! Clean and tidy, yet warm and welcoming! We even enjoyed the Christmas decorations set by Sam and Louis! It is truly a home away from home! Sam and Louis were extremely friendly and helpful! the check-in was super smooth. We enjoyed visiting the places suggested by Sam and certainly the freshly laid eggs from the hen! Will definitely stay again!

Check-in was quite flexible very pleasant given our schedule. The amenities provided were very nice and all very convenient, the apartment is modern and in a quiet environment, The hosts are pleasant and responsive to the slightest worries. Very good stay for us.

A safe haven near Lyon! Our stay at Renata's will remain a great experience. The accommodation brings together all the qualities needed for a weekend getaway as well as for a longer stay: optimal comfort, ideal location and neat atmosphere. Located in a peaceful setting, this place offers excellent tranquility while allowing quick access to roads to explore Lyon and its surroundings (a real plus!). Inside, nothing is missing: the amenities are complete and functional, integrated into a clean and refined decoration where every detail has been thought out. A big thank you to Renata for hosting us, for her availability and flexibility, which greatly contributed to the success of our stay. We leave delighted and highly recommend this address to those who are looking for a perfect mix of calm, practicality and elegance!

Just spent three weeks at Cile's lovely and spacial apartment. It was as described and Cile was a very helpful host - explaining everything clearly to us and immediately attending to one small issue which we had. The apartment is a little out of Lyon centre, but an easy bus ride. The view of the river and having a great nearby boulangerie and fromagerie easily make up for that. It was really pleasant. As a group of four - we really appreciate that there was adequate seating in the living space and dining room and sufficient space in the fridge and kitchen for us to cook when we wanted. It was also great to have the toilet separate to the bathroom. We did find it a little awkward to walk through the main bedroom to the bathroom - this wouldn't be a problem with family however. To be fair, I think this detail might have been lost in translation from French to the English in the website description. Would definitely recommend Cile's apartment

I visited for the 2nd time and would love to come back next year. Quiet , centrally located, nicely and functionally furnished. Everything fine. Christine
