Apartment holiday rentals in 3rd arrondissement

Very well located apartment on the first slopes of Croix Rousse, with many shops, cafes, restaurants, but quiet. Beautifully restored, and very pleasant to live in. We recommend it.

Comfortable accommodation, good bedding, very clean. We went to a concert at LDLC Arena. We got closer by car( parked in front of Gifi), remained 10 minutes walk. impeccable

We stayed at Gilles' place for the weekend. Accustomed to this area of Lyon where we come every year at the same time, we appreciated the ease of access and entry into the accommodation. Convenient, ideally located for our activities, the accommodation is functional and is what we were looking for for a short trip with our children.

Everything was as per the listing. Seemingly very clean with all the utensils and kitchen very well equipped. Very easy communication with almost immediate responses. Highly recommend it.

it's at home so it changes everything: it's tastefully decorated, thoughtfully, there's all the necessary equipment, it's ok for us to use condiments, there are plenty of board games, comics. And the apartment is very bright with large velux. It was super nice and she is absolutely lovely. She bent over 4 to leave us the premises at 9:30 am and allowed us to stay until 7pm on the day of departure. She is very friendly as well as being generous. Thank you very much Pauline, it's heartwarming.

We have been going back every year for several years, for the motorbike show that is nearby. I would recommend it 100%

Accommodation in a good location, close to the metro and in a quiet area. very comfortable bedding. Recommended.

We were 3 friends and stayed for one night. The space was excellent and very clean, the rooms were big and beautiful, the beds very comfortable, there was a kitchen for cooking,refrigerator,coffee maker and more. It's about 15 minutes away from the city center. We didn't have any issues in general,the communication was great and I recommend the house for your stay

Nice and very quiet accommodation for a city apartment. Well located, 5 min walk from the subway, many shops nearby. The amenities such as the sauna and bathtub were nice. Very good stay, I would recommend.

The apartment was exactly as pictured, everything was fine!

Don't rely on the street or at the entrance of the apartment, once you enter the wow. The decor , as well as impeccable maintenance, offers a hotel-like service. The quality of the sheets, the welcome touches, the heating , everything was at will and far beyond. Marie and Mathilde honor their guests. If you are very concerned about hygiene and comfort, go there without a second thought. The only downside was the hot tub in the winter. Unfortunately, we couldn't take advantage of it because we couldn't adjust the water beyond 25 degrees. Since the hot tub is outdoors , only the very brave will be able to enjoy it in times of extreme cold (the feeling of temperature is quite different). Having chosen the accommodation for this equipment and not being able to enjoy it, we were a little frustrated. Do not hesitate to check with the host this point before or prefer to go with weather beyond 10 degrees. 👌👌👌

The apartment was great. Located away from the main tourist areas it was quick and easy to get to using public transport. The area is mainly residential but there are cafes, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The area was safe and the building secure. Clement was easily contactable and friendly - a great host. Highly recommended.
