I had a wonderful experience at Darren and Jill's home! They were incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect for my stay. The house itself was not only comfortable but also exuded a cozy charm that made me feel right at home. The location was fantastic, providing easy access to nearby attractions. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the coffee and snacks they provided, which added to my enjoyment. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and have already booked a return trip! Highly recommend!

I just completed a seven month stay in Dan's loft apartment. It was a great experience. The photos and descriptions were accurate. Dan was easy to communicate with and he was very responsive to any issues. He was unfailingly helpful. The apartment is on the third floor with a steep flight of stairs at the top, so anyone with physical challenges or cardio challenges should take that into consideration. I'm 69 and in fair shape, so I had no problems with the stairs. Overall, it was an excellent time and I would recommend it for a stay in Cynthiana.

Absolutely loved this place. Stayed here for 4 months for an internship in Maysville and it was very affordable, nice place, very cozy and had everything that I needed. Matthew responded quickly to anything I needed and he is a very nice man. My only complaint is it being right by the rail road so when a train comes by it is very noisy and shakes the house but other than that it is a very peaceful location. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Maysville.
