Great location. When to most things. Baker, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping street and boardwalk. Nice also with garage space albeit a bit away.

We felt very comfortable in Jean Pierre's apartment. Jean Pierre always answered our questions immediately in advance. The apartment has a very good location and is very lovingly furnished with everything you need. Patrizia was also very punctual and accommodating when handing over the apartment. It was nice that you didn't have to buy hygiene items right away, but they were provided in the apartment. Thank you for everything

A wonderful self contained ‘cottage’ set in the grounds of Marcos house and garden. A remarkably quick walk to Alassio central, balconies on both levels, very clean spacious and beautiful views. Kitchen well kitted out. We enjoyed lovely arrival supplies, useful guides to the area in a folder and Marco’s help booking excellent local restaurant. The arrival drive is up a wonderful Italian hillside, where a need for a reverse to negotiate the hairpins is the norm. Worth having the smallest car you need! A lovely stay, Thankyou.

Giovanni was always very friendly, kind and ready to accommodate our requests. The house is very well maintained, very large spaces, very clean and quiet. The highlight is definitely the location, directly on the sea. I would recommend it and go back now.
