This is a very quiet and peaceful area. It will be great in the summer. I strongly recommend it if you are searching for a quiet place to stay 10 minutes from the center.

This place is very good for a short term holiday or business stay on a budget. The humidity is higher than average due to its proximity to the sea and the flat being located in a semi-basement, but if you are planning to spend most of your time outdoors it shouldn't be a big problem. The place got all the basic amenities.

We loved staying at Kaloyan's place. The apartment is equipped with everything you need , there was clean bed linen and enough towels . A supply of necessary details such as oil, salt, coffee, shower gel, toilet paper, garbage bags and laundry detergent. The apartment is located in the city center, near a bazaar and fresh vegetables/ fruits, supermarkets and restaurants . Would definitely recommend!
