Charming 2 level home surrounded by lovely gardens and part of the original Olivers orchard. Spacious and tastefully furnished with quality furniture for your maximum comfort. Main living areas are on the ground level with a toilet and full laundry, and access to the garage with extra fridge. The 3 bedrooms are all upstairs with the family bathroom, and an en suite. Enjoy the idyllic setting and BBQ or just lounge around on the outside couches. Large TV with Netflix, puzzles, games and books too

Our cosy modernised house is perfect for extended family, or group of friends. Comfortable, warm with a lovely outlook over the garden and surrounding hills. Bordering on the historic Clyde Railway Station park, in child friendly cul-de-sac, with plenty of off-street parking. Walking and biking trails at your door including Central Otago Rail Trail, and newly opened Dunstan Trail. Just a very short stroll through the park to excellent local restaurants, cafes, theatre and retail shops.

Fabulous spacious Clyde indoor-outdoor retreat.

House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. This stylish house with a fabulous new kitchen and comfy beds is set in a beautiful private yard with lovely trees and garden with large deck and plenty of outdoor living. It's the perfect place to rest and relax. The house has everything you will need and is only a 7 or 8 minute walk from Clyde's gorgeous main street with lovely cafes and restaurants, shops and the bike hire/ rail trail businesses. Easy drives to Alexandra, Wanaka & Cromwell.

A beautiful three bedroom home where the Master Bedroom has a walk in robe and its own ensuite. The Master Bedroom is located beside the second lounge so feels like you are in your own little oasis. We are situated only 5 minutes by bike to the beginning of the Central Otago Rail track and only a few minutes walk into the historic township of Clyde. Welcome to "Thyme Out" situated in historic Clyde. A short walk to restaurants, bars, movie theatre & shops. A short drive has you in Alexandra or you can drive 20 minutes to nearby Cromwell. We have set this house up so that it really is home away from home. Quality linen (sheets/towels/duvets), new lounge suite, snuggly throws & essentials such as nespresso coffee machine. Comfortable retro style home with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area which flows into the lounge that seats 7 people comfortably. We have a selection of family board games to keep everyone happy. The house is kept warm by an efficient wood burner. Lounge doors open out onto a concrete verandah for outdoor living.
