Morgan was super friendly right off the bat- he allowed us to check in a little early and walked over to welcome us with fresh strawberries from the local market. The farm animals are super friendly, they roam all over the property and stop in for a visit or a little snack. The location is very convenient. There are a couple of neighborhood stores like Dollar General, gas station/burgers- just within a couple of minutes of the house. If you get back on the highway, there's a Walmart and a couple of restaurants less than 10 minutes Overall, we had a very nice and easy time.

Very satisfied with the stay. House was clean with close proximity to the boat ramp which was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to fish or hunt at Maddox bay or white river refuge. Great place to stay

Was a great place for a guys duck hunting trip. Right on the water with boat ramp right beside house. Get views and very easy boat ride to some great ducks holes. Owners were very helpful and friendly.

The Grandview Acres Lodge was great for our group! The space was great and had plenty of room for everyone! Dana has been the best AirBNB host I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area!
